I was in the location I asked to open an account , they told me to wait around 10 to 15 minutes, then other people the came after me they took care of them . After I checked with an agent they send me a lady and she said we don’t have anybody who can help you .

This bank is totally worthless. They don't even open until 10 am, which is crazy. Then, there is only one teller window. Very slow and couldn't even help me this time. I have had other issues in the past. Done. Stay away.

I was a bit worried reading the reviews before I went to my appointment today. But their service exceeded my expectations. Jennifer helped my mom to open a new account; Jeshaiah came to check on us to see if everything went smoothly; Darrell and Tiffany both educated me a lot about investment with Merrill. Everything was explained very clearly to me.

Horrendous customer service for elderly customers. My elderly mother had multiple fraudulent transactions and Bank of America just made it impossible to work with them in a timely manner. I highly recommend not to use this Bank & find a local bank that understands the needs of their older clientele.

I'm A Business advantage platinum customer, supposedly the highest rank of BOFA business accounts. I came in to this branch 2 times in different dates for a notary on a time sensitive deed document and they wanted to setup appointment for very late on that day. It just a signature. They should be able to have you wait a few minutes and take You in instead of have You come back 4 hour later. Bad business.By the way they have a dedicated room for business dvantage customers in this branch, but it's never open.

Jarret Boyce took care of the problem which we were not informed about. When we came last time we spent 45 mins to an hour. We came in for a follow up with the same problem which was not addressed while we were there previously and he resolved it in 5 mins. If you need to come to the bank go see him.

This branch should close permanently. They're closed more than they're open. And even though there are employees inside, no one acknowledges why they're closed. A simple sign on the door that they're closed to public would be nice. Not sure how they decide which days to open to public and which days to keep the doors locked. But obviously they can't even take the time to change the hours on the door to say they're closed.
