I really enjoyed visiting this location and working with Peggy. She was kind and very patient. However, I wish I could say the same for the manager Emory Simmons. He was very short and not helpful at all. I visited the store yesterday to check out an item and noticed last night that the item was on sale via the website. I returned to the store today to purchase the item for the price listed online and he would not honor it nor did he express any empathy about the situation- the overall customer service was terrible. The store needs more employees like Peggy.

We went into Babcock Home Furniture today on a last minute whim to find some furniture for our Thanksgiving celebration. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and ended up finding us the perfect living room and dining room sets that fit our needs and the style of our home.
