Patrick was my life saver.he got my a.c.going when meineke screwed it up he took the time for the right fittings and Freon and for a 69 yr old woman with COPD he's saving my life in heat.the others are very helpful too.patrck good luck in marines.austell AutoZone your the bestand you didn't rip me off like meineke crooks on s.cobb in Smyrna and it was half the price well more than half then those other crooks charged

Tai has terrible customer service. I came in to help get my light changed and he just said “oh I don’t do that. You need to go ask her. Go ask that lady outside.” What do you mean by that? I am not your friend. That is not how you talk to a customer and when I asked for more assistance because I didn’t see anyone outside he repeated himself and said he couldn’t help me because he doesn’t know. Just a coincidence she came inside and was able to help, but he was very rude in a time where I needed assistance. I patiently waited for the young lady to help me while she was also balancing checking people out, check another man’s car, and changing a battery. She was really carrying the shift by herself while Tai was slowly checking customers out. She didn’t have a name tag and he didn’t tell me her name, but there clearly needs to be someone more helpful at this location to assist this young lady because Tai is not able to assist when needed.
