Since when can you not work on your vehicle in their parking lot you're buying parts from the store there are no signs up nothing what a shame this world has come to first time I've ever heard this I will not be returning.

Terrible customer service! I have never experienced a staff that makes you feel like you are an inconvenience by asking them to do their job. Was told they would replace my battery over the phone then told a lie when I got there. Called 2 other locations and was told 2 different lies. They advertise they will change your battery but will tell you every lie under the sun why they can't. Bad business!

Came in to inquire about available car parts for immediate purchase and the blonde male cashier was extremely rude. Upon asking him further questions he then snatched his POS screen around to show me that the parts that I wanted were not available. He was extremely unprofessional and the other surrounding customers seemed to agree as well.

I never need much when I come to Auto Zone. I have always chosen this one when I can get to it. My headlamp went out on a rental car I drive and Melissa wasted no time at all to assist with purchase all the way through with installing the headlamp and did I say with a smile. She has a smile that will light up a room. I will definitely continue to come to this location.Overall, for those who need a great auto parts store choose Auto Zone they have never disappointed me.

I have purchased a tire inflator at this store, unlucky me for walking into this store, and my tire inflator was not working properly and I went to store to get some help, when i told the employee the issue i have been facing with the device, she was like SO WHAT? I DON’T CARE, and a bit rude as well , then I asked about the warranty and she said it’s not covered under warranty, that’s not a issue at least she could have helped me to get another inflator, but she was like I DON’T CARE, very bad experience never going to walk into the store again.
