“Very nice guys and they do a good job but check first, the things they forget to mention. (1) Will you need a new inverter? Probably yes. (Check the manufacturer extended satisfaction program.) (2) Will you need a new starter battery? Probably yes, the inverter and main battery killed it. (3) Is there a travel add-on? If you are not close the answer is yes. (4) Will you get credit for your old battery core? Quite probably not If it is not in good shape.
Ask if there is a travel add-on and for them to bring a spare starter battery.
These things will add to your cost. But make sure they are taken care of or their warranty will be invalidated. They will give you the diagnostics to let you know these are problems. And a week or two to get it sorted out. After that the battery itself is a good value. Don't get the one year warranty it's not worth it. Go for the gold, 3 year.”

“Overall good experience. The service advisor was confused about what kind of oil was used in my vehicle which had me concerned initially. The manager assured me that the tech used the right weight of oil for my vehicle. Also there was a miscommunication about the price of the service but the manager stepped in and took care of that as well. Will be back when my car is due for its next service.”

“Stopped in because I had a nail in my tire. They quickly took a look and repaired. Also found another screw in the tire and plugged that leak as well. Then checked all 4 tires. When I went to pay, they said no charge. Was super impressed with the service and the staff. Nice to have a local auto shop run by good people.”

They are very professional and take their time with you and the evaluation of your vehicle. They show you part from different companies so you can compare pricing. During your repair, they take you over to the shop to see what they found. They don’t check on other things to upsell you. If you ask, they check.
They have International auto experience which is cool. They all have over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
There is a cool conference room where you can work if needed. They also have a patio in the front with some seating. I highly recommend this shop. Never felt comfortable in a shop you know. You get that feeling of a big bill coming with unnecessary repairs, but not here.”

They specialize in Subarus and this was my first time using their services and couldn’t be more pleased. I became aware of them through their sponsorship of a a track day event it went to. They also performed a track inspection for my upcoming track day.
I plan on using RJ and team going forward for my Subaru related needs. There were no less than 10-20 Subarus out in front of their shop. Looked like a testament to their Subaru expertise in my opinion!”
