“These guys are the best for your Mazda! They helped me above and beyond. Had prior work done at a shady auto shop (no name dropping) and never fixed the issue. Put parts on car never needed and basically ripped me off. MAZCARE sourced the issue immediately and advised me on how to handle things with other auto shop.

“Overwhelmed with the kind, thorough, fast service, care from Jeremy and his team. I was traveling from Florida to Wisconsin in my van and even had my two cats with me. My van broke down in the middle of traffic on 75. I found him by searching Google transmission mechanic. He was 65 mi from my breakdown. I called his shop at 4:30 p.m. on a Thursday. He even had me start my car with my speaker on my phone so he could listen to what it was doing. Give me his number to text him and he would come open the yard and get my vehicle into safety. My worst fear was it was my transmission. On Friday he looked at my car right away and found it was something else in the transmission. With that he started fixing it along the way he found my front brake pads needed replaced also. He was thorough to make sure I would get make the rest of my journey to Wisconsin and Minnesota. He had my van fixed and running by Friday night. Truly above and beyond all my expectations and what a gift that I found him simply by Googling transmission mechanic. He's much more than that and it's a rare find such a wonderful human. He's truly raised my van From the Ashes. I have every confidence and him and the work they quickly diagnosed and fixed on my vehicle. I will be stopping on my way back to have additional work done. He even gave me a follow-up call a few days later to make sure everything was fine and I made it to my destination. It was and only because of him answering my phone and my call for help. His attention to detail and willingness to help someone stranded in the middle of a cross-country trip is a beacon in the dark. “We came here a few months ago on the recommendation of a neighbor. They had to keep our first vehicle longer than expected but went above and beyond for the inconvenience. At first we were anxious and nervous but because of the workmanship we were given we became very confident with their work. We went to Butler Tires & Wheels in Marietta, Georgia. Our interface was Ryan Merhi… and he was awesome! We can’t thank him enough for his assistance and expertise!! His company was the only one in North Georgia that had the equipment to remove a Corvette Tire to even determine why it had gone flat!!! They found the nail and we were fortunate enough to find out that they could repair it. Apparently that is not always the case. Thank you!!!!”
