Dropped off a blanket on a Wednesday and asked to have it by the next Monday at the latest. They said no problem and went back on Monday to pick it up and the lady said Tuesday. I then said if I have to drive back out here on Tuesday to get want was told today I wanted a discount for wasting my time and gas. I was then told by 6 PM on Monday so I had to leave and go back. Mind you this was 430PM when I was in there. They are slow on delivery and wanted to argue about their promises. I would go somewhere else if you need you stuff on time and don't want to make several trips

They had done a horrible job with cleaning my husbands t-shirt and my coat they had both came back the same way that we went to drop it off with the same stains on them I don't recommend.

Went in on Monday (10/11) to have a dress hemmed and a dress shirt and pants cleaned for a wedding this weekend. I asked to pick up my items either Thursday (10/14) afternoon or Friday (10/15) morning. She insisted Thursday afternoon would be fine and said they’d be ready. I was told $20 per layer of dress hemmed and the woman told me it would be $40 for my hem (seemed pricy but I’m not in the business so I said whatever). My ticket stated I owed $51.00 total for my services. I go to pick up my dress ~3 PM and Rajesh said it’s not ready yet and wouldn’t be until after 6:30. He called the woman and she said she’s on her way, 25 minutes ETA. He was kind and apologized for the miscommunication. I left to run errands and they call me almost 2 hours later to say the dress is ready. No big deal I’m still out, I’ll go pick it up. I get there and the woman told me she made a mistake on the number of layers I had in my dress so she won’t charge me the full $15, only $10. I was flabbergasted, honestly. I told her I wasn’t paying for her mistake in counting and that we both confirmed 2 layers on Monday. She said she just made a mistake and it’s only $10 and I repeated myself that I will not pay for her mistake and that if I had spoken directly to the seamstress I would happily pay for my mistake but I’m simply not paying extra because she relayed incorrect information. She then told me that was fine but next time she sees my number in the system she’ll be sure I’m charged $10 more for services by making a note in my account.Suffice to say I will not be using their services again and will happily drive across town to go to Art’s cleaners the next time I’m in a bind.Service: Alterations

They were friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They took a garment I thought was impossible to clean and made it look amazing. I could not have asked for a more professional job or experience in the cleaning industry.

Spent 50 dollars to get all my work clothes ready for when I come back from vacation. They didnt even try to clean any of them just used starch and pressed them. Went home to wash them everything came out luckily. Do not reccomend if you want clean clothes.

I had been a loyal customer for yra. Recently provided shirts and pants for dry cleaning. One of my shirts comes back stained and they refused to reimburse me, I left in frustration and let them keep the shirt. DONT EVER GO THERE

Won’t take the items I had wanted to clean because of picky preference (ripped, and a little bit of animal hair) and tried to send me elsewhere .... yet other cleaners offered to take my items no problem. Some people and business don’t want to work hard for their money I guess

If I can rate -0 I would....
My very first time going to this cleaners was a very bad, descrimative experience! I am still in awe nevertheless, I had one pair of pants, 1 dress, 1 dress shirt & 1 skirt of which I took a picture of b/c I didn't know their work and did not want them to say it was already torn if they are the ones that did it. Rajesh the clerk stated it will cost 1 extra/pleat of which he said was 8 but had him count w/me & it was 6 so the skirt would cost 23.00. I was like that's a lot but wanted to wear to a birthday party so I said ok. He then asked if I was paying now or when I pick-up. I said, when I pick-up & he said he need me to make a deposit ( half of tot cost 23.00) I told him I will pay it all (45.00) & never do business there again. Ok so I puck my clothes up & he said he over charged me for the skirt & owes me 10 00 & had the nerve to ask if I wanted refund or credit for my next visit ?? So about a week later I was going to wear the dress shirt but it looked like it wasn't clean & smelled dirty because I had purchase at the thrift store across the street. So I took the shirt back to the cleaners which would be 2 weeks since I picked up and this dude first says he would have to speak to the person that cleaned it b/c of the material could not get wrinkles out. I said, are you serious! And showed him the collar & sleeve were not even done & it stinks. He said I should wash it before bringing ?..OMG what is the purpose of bringing ""DRY CLEAN ONLY" to the cleaners if I have to wash myself, THEN he accused me of wearing the shirt & bringing it back afterwards. I am 52 years old and do not have a Ghetto mentality and thank God for changing me because I never said one foul word to him instead have learned to be proactive & not reactive. I have NEVER in my life experience such unprofessionalism & prejudice & he will have to pay for what he has done & accused me of as God sees fit but until then I am filing a complaint w/the Better Business Bureau & anywhere else that I can AND I still haven't looked or smelled the other items supposingly cleaned! ?
