Jeffrey was very attentive to our situation. He paid attention to us carefully. We explained our problem with (Liberty in PR) immediately and he gave us recommendations and possible real solutions. He did not pressure us and gave us the freedom to return the next day if our problem with our AT&T company in Puerto Rico continued. The next day we returned and in less than an hour he provided us with the service we requested. We requested three lines with our area code 305 and that they all end in sequence and Jeffrey did everything in his power to satisfy our needs even though one of the teams was in Puerto Rico. Jeffey led us step by step to give instructions to our distant relative. Jeffry always remains attentive like this!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and friendly about AT&T Fiber Optic. I only came to gather information since I do not live near this store, but then I left out with a deal! I did read the store reviews prior to my arrival and had low expectations, but he exceeded my expectations. If anyone is in town or needs help with AT&T, ask for Jeffrey! I wouldn’t have asked for anyone better. Thanks, my man!

Do not visit this location. If your order is messed up, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCED IN ORDER TO HOPEFULLY HAVE IT FIXED.We went to upgrade an iPhone. The representative Christian added a new line instead of just upgrading the phone. Even though he kept the old phone, we are now being charged for four lines.I have called over and over, but no one will fix the mistake unless we come back to the store for the third time. They said that we had to physically go to the store to have it fixed. We were also told that we will have to lose the phone number that we've had for ten years now because he attached the phone plan to the new phone number.When my son went to the store, we were told that the situation would be fixed, but it has not been corrected.This is so frustrating. I've never experienced such horrible customer service from a company that we've been loyal to for years now.I wish that I could return all of these devices and even cancel this internet service.Please do not visit this store unless you are prepared to deal with the consequences of inadequate service.

Jeffery was outstanding. You guys are lucky to have him. He was exceptional with customer service. He listened to our needs and was wonderful at explaining our options. He made our overall experience a happy and pleasing transaction. Our dog ate my phone so we arrived annoyed and stressed trying to make it before the location closed at 8:00. The last thing we had in our plans after a long day at work was spending time at the AT&T store. He was informative and patient with us. Thank you Jeffery you made our night!

I am not one to normally leave a poor review. I believe for the most part that we are all doing the best that we can. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this store. I had an online order sent to this store, which was supposed to be ready within 2 hours of the purchase time. 5 hours later, still no phone. The next day, when we went to pick up the phone, they could not locate or process my order so they said they would cancel and I would have to start over. The NEXT day, when I went to order a new phone and ensure that the order had been cancelled, I was informed that it had not been cancelled. I have been on the phone with AT&T for a total of almost 6 hours total and no one is able to help me. This has been a customer service disaster and this specific store can't be bothered to even answer the phone.EDIT TO ADD: Jeffery (the manager I believe) tried his best to be helpful when he could. It did seem like there was much out of his control.

I went in this store when it first opened. The music was blasting. There was only two me employee , Cristian he was putting out the displays. I walked over to him and asked him to turn the music down. He did, but it was still too loud. I told him what I problem and he walked into the back room to get something to work with , he used s head motion to get me to walk over to a desk I went over to the table he motioned to. I sat across from him, but the music was still so loud I had to get up and stand beside him to hear him. I again asked him to turn down the music. He didn’t. He went on to tell me the service contract I was under was causing my problem and upgraded my service. This did not solve my problem. I went home and called 611 and spoke to a man that worked hard to solve my problem. I will wait to see if this has solved my problemI’ve been a loyal customer of AT&T, but the interaction with Cristian has made me think I should change to Verizon. I realize that it is often difficult to hire quality employees now, but hiring employees like Cristian does not solve the problem. Maybe a manager could help Cristian learn how to interact with customers. The first thing that needs to be addressed is his appearance. His hair was hanging in his face and looked as if it had not been washed in a long time. If I had to go back to that store and Cristian was the only one there I would leave and drive to another store

My experience at this store was horrible I went to get 3 iPhone 14 which I was approved for just had to pay the taxes but we got one of phones and decided to take 2 back and get 2 14 pro max he said ok just wait to the phones ship and we will send them back and order them the time came he acted like he forgot what we was talking about saying he don’t remember then he said come back the next morning and my mother could bring them back he said come back after 12 so he can ship them back and order new phones but when she came he told her he need to do a refund with the original card so I went Saturday morning he couldn’t refund it with my card which he said he needed so he gave me cash and took the phones and said he finna order the phones and it’s going to take 2 days for our number to be transferred to the new carrier so Monday came he just was acting brand new saying he not at work day smoking weed outside they saying they don’t have the phone when we asked to just get new numbers because it was a big headache so we was just trying to take easy way out so he would’ve be without a phone so after all that AT&T locked my account and told me personal on the phone to come to another store and get the phone I want because they knew they was doing fraud things on my account after I went to another store he had the email on my account where I pay my bill as a AT&T email didn’t even give me a account number . The person I’m talking about is a Darkskin dread head with a nose ring guy his name is Cameron

This manager won't put phones out. If you look you will see a display with no phones. He was helping another customer and was loud and kept telling him I am the manager and that is all you are getting from here. There is no one else to talk to. The customer which was calm and quiet left. I left also because there is no phones to look at or play with cause he said people steal them and when people stop stealing they will put them back out.

If you have a loved one who doesn’t speak english I would highly suggest avoiding this store. The young skinny gentleman with black glasses who was there (8/14 at around 2pm). gave the lady in front of me such a hard time for not speaking english. Even after she asked me for help he continued to give her an attitude even though they were able to communicating better. It was until I asked if he received commission and pointed out his rude behavior that he stopped giving her an attitude. He proceeded to help me after a 20min with the same nasty attitude.

The young man running the store wasn't attentive to his customers or knowledgeable! He was trying to help an elderly lady and the there was an older man waiting...I did t have time to wait.

CJ was awesome! Professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Helped us upgrade our two phones quickly and easily. We were in and out very fast. Nice clean store. We’ve always used the other store on Cobb Pkwy but this was far more a better experience than we have ever had at the other store. Thank you!
