I once gave this shop five stars because the dad that works there. He’s very communicative and he knows how to solve problems very quickly and efficiently. I called last week to get a quote for the same truck that I said and I described over the phone I got a different quote Today and on top of the quote. I’m being told that there is more that has to take out on top of a brick job for a truck that I know is simple for breaks to take out. I’m sorry but the only way that I could be in the shop and be there when dad was there but I’ll never give the shop business again.

I made an appointment to get two tires put on my car and for an alignment. They set it up for 10 AM on Wednesday. When I arrived, they took my car straight in and i was out of there before 11 o’clock. They have a State of the art tire balancing machine, so my car is riding like brand new.

I stopped by Atlanta Undercar Specialist first thing on Monday morning and spoke with Ken. I asked him if I could drop it of the following morning and he replied " No problem, we will see you then." They were able to fix my alignment within in an hour on Tuesday when other places gave me the run around. Great service for a great price! I'll be back again! Thanks again!

I needed a brake job on the rear wheels and I called to see if they were available. He said come on by! I arrived and he finished the work by himself. Machined rotors and new pads. I was out in less than 35 minutes. No issues since then. Prompt service and quality work.
