Lindy is the rudest employee I have ever seen. Poor management skills, poor customer service skills, and poor workman's ship. Don't bring your dogs here so you don't have to deal with her awful customer service and attitude. Money is better spent places she is not working. I'm very offended on how she speaks to people.

My baby Emma is very cautious around new dogs and people but she came home happy and I thank the staff for being so patient with us. We already have another appointment for Monday!

This was the first time using this place for my cats. Since I don’t have any comparison to a similar place, my review is limited.The staff I encountered is friendly and the facilities are clean. After 10 days living away from home, my cats didn’t have any complaints.

We have used Atlanta Pet Resort several times. Our cat is very much a diva and does well there. Both are dogs get so excited when we pull up in the parking lot. They love having fun with their furry friends!

Great seemingly cohesive team. Had to drop my baby off because I was having some pest control situation is handled. OK was only supposed to be for one night however, my apartment complex was not as communicative as they should be and let me know that I need to keep her there an additional night. The team graciously let me know it was no problem. I picked her up two days later in the morning when she was free roaming in the cat room and ask if she really didn't wanna go. I miss her terribly. This place put my mind at ease and I will use them again the next time I need to board her.

The first day I dropped my 4 month old puppy off went very well but things went downhill the next day. When I picked him up I was told he was anxious and barking when he was put in the kennel by himself. They said if he was to be boarded then he would need to be taking calming gummies. I was concerned that their first reaction was to medicate a 4 month old puppy who is now beginning to socialize. I am assuming they did not try to build a relationship with him when he was put into a kennel by himself which is probably why he was scared. The lady then went back to get my puppy and when she opened the door loud heavy metal music was blaring. My puppy ran out and looked terrified. After I got home I googled to see if this type of music creates anxiety in dogs and it does. What type of daycare plays music that does not calm down the puppies. I called and asked if this was a regular thing and the manager was unapologetic. She practically told me that regardless of the music my dog was anxious and would need gummies. She then proceeded to say that this was just a song on a playlist and did not give me any comfort that this genre of music would not be played again in the future. This leads me to believe that 1) they did not try to build a relationship with my dog and 2) they do not understand what calms down anxious pups besides medications. I feel horrible for putting my dog in this stressful environment and I cannot imagine how alone and scared he felt when he wasn't playing with other dogs. Needless to say I will not be going back and I will not be recommending this to others.

Friendly staff and excellent groomer. My poodles stay here whenever we travel and they give great service!

Excellent services pet & customer service. Took my dog in for the first time being in GA and I’m already planning my next visit. They took care of him so well. His full groom came out AMAZING!! And they even allowed for him to do a meet and greet at the daycare part free of charge. They are absolutely awesome and I am definitely coming back!!!Also, they have great communication with the pet owners. Pet groomer called me to be sure of the cut I wanted for Rocco. And it was better than what I could’ve imagined.
