Best customer service! We were able to customize our entire swing to fit our style. They communicated updates in a timely fashion. The craftsmanship is top notch. We are very happy with our swing bed!

It is sad that I have to give a low rating, but their customer service really needs to pull up. I have been waiting for my cup holders (100% paid for) for months now and keep getting false promise dates. I had issue with fabric of one of the cushions and I have sent 4 emails, but they just don't reply. You can't get hold of anyone on phone and they never answer back. This is a very high-priced purchase, and they make you pay 100% upfront so that you have to chase them to get things done. They put few hundred $$ off one day after I paid for the swing and when I contacted them to extend the discount to my purchase, I got a long email how they are a small business etc.etc... to which I let go of the discount. However, they do not bother to reply or take care of the issues. I really regret going with them

About 6 years ago, we saw the Atlanta Bed Swings on display at a home show and fell in love. Last year, we finally decided it was time to purchase this beautiful piece of furniture and it was well worth the wait. We worked closely with the owners as they designed our custom bed swing. We were able to choose our own color combination and pillow styles. It took several months to build because of supply chain issues but again it was worth the wait. We added on the bed swing cover and I would highly recommend as it protects the bedding material and wood from the harsh weather, pollen, and heavy rains. The installers were awesome and arrived on time. We couldn’t stop starring and peaking out the window as the bed swing was being installed. I highly recommend this company and their bed swing. Their materials are very high quality as reflected in the price.

We couldn’t be happier with our new swing bed. The process was very efficient. They have a location in Marietta and it is all done virtually (which is great during times of Covid). Tyler was very helpful and helped us with the pricing out of fabrics, colors, and different hanging options.Total time was about 7-8 weeks to build. Mike came out and was great at suggesting the direction to hang and even added some custom options for us.The installer was excellent and only took about 1 and 1/2 hours to install.Our neighbors are blown away and will also be going through the Atlanta Swing Bed process.You won’t regret it and will be the talk of your neighborhood.??

Hate the service I call in to go the their place they gave me 5pm appointment I took off day from work I was there at their place at 5pm waited in my car 20 minutes and than I call them is 5.20 pm they told me sorry sir for delay we have other customer inside u have wait or u come tommorrow I took off day from my work and she telling me to come tommorrow because they are unprofessional lying people they need to shut down the place and sit home.

We have 3 bed swings from Atlanta Bed Swings. This is a top notch, professional company with an amazing product. From beginning to end, our experience with all of the people involved was excellent. Our installations were not conventional and we were amazed at the amount of care, time and expertise they exhibited on the jobs. The beds are beautiful and the most comfortable furniture we have. I highly recommend Atlanta Bed Swings!!!
