We have used Pets Trust Us for YEARS! Ricky, our sitter, is awesome. He does great with our very active dogs. He has especially gone above and beyond taking care of one of our dogs after she had surgery. He also does the little things that are important as well (bring mail in, takes trash out, turns lights on and off so it looks like someone is home...). We really like the notes he leaves to let us know how everything went. We highly recommend Pets Trust Us.

Ricky has been our cat sitter since the early 2000's - we are on our second pair of kitties with him! He is very conscientious and beyond trustworthy - Ricky is one of a very few who knows the code to access our home. I never worry when we go out of town - I know our pets are in good hands, as well as our home.

So we found this place last minute and thank goodness we did. I just basically looked it up on Google and the reviews were pretty good so I called them up right away. It was kind of short notice for Thanksgiving week and I needed four days of watching for our two cats. So I called and talked to Richard and he said he could definitely do it. A few days before we left he came over and we would went over the paperwork and the routine for the cats. It was pretty painless to be honest. The coolest part about it was we forgot to actually pay him for the service and I called up and he said don't worry about it this time. What a relief to hear that when you're on vacation and away from all your electronics. We came back and asked Nacho and Luna if they had a good time with pets trust us and they said yes. We will definitely be using them the next time we need somebody to sit our pets.

Our family has used Pets Trust Us for many years. Highly recommend if you’re looking for animal care that is personalized and dependable.We use the at-home service, so our dogs can be in the comfort of their home while we travel.

I've been using Pets Trust Us for many years to take care of my cat when I'm out of town. It's nice to have someone that you can trust in your house and to take care of your pet. I highly recommend Rick and Pets Trust Us.

I don't know what we did before we found Ricky and Pets Trust Us. He is genuine asset to our family, and a key resource for our cats and dogs. When Ricky arrives, they literally run to him. He's conscientious, responsible and absolutely trustworthy.

Amazing service. Our cat Henry is always happy to see Richard. He takes great care of Henry and our plants when we're away. Always dependable, professional, and goes above and beyond to take care of things on his visits. The service is easy schedule and arrange. I'm so lucky to have been referred to the service when I first moved to the area. Highly recommended.
