Hours: Headquarters of Armis Holistic Health and Fitness, located on Clay National Guard Center/Dobbin’s Air Reserve Base. Open to all Services, Retirees, Dependents, DoD/DA Civilians, and other lawful guests of CNGC. All class visitors (Yoga and CrossFit) are required to sign up prior to attendance at our website. There is no cost for training services. Reservation requests for space or specialty classes can be submitted to ng.ga.gaarng.list.armis-holistic-health-and-fitness-h2f. Class schedule and recent announcements can be found on our website. Body comp appts (InBody 770) can be made through the Wodify app. For access, go to the website to sign up.
