Our Ac from this warehouse bought thru a contractor has not worked since received, I feel they should back the product they have in the supply house but instead customers are having to jump thru hoops just to get a working product. I definitely understand faulty products can happen but good customer service is accepting the blame on distributing the faulty items, taking responsibility and rectifying a situation. I will not be referring rheem products to any of my friends or family in the up coming future.

Ive used Apex for years .Fast and friendly staff , will call always ready when i arrive . . Great place for hard to find items for the high end plumbing fixtures Water heaters are a better quality. Not your home depot model.. Longs plumbing

Decent selection. Most of the part selection is in an employee only accessible area (apparently).Store entrance is difficult to find. It's on the side of the building on the loading dock.Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible (up a steap loading ramp).

They don’t ever answer the phone when I call or I’m on hold for forever. But when I go there, typically they don’t look that busy so maybe they are having issues with their phones?? I just go down the road to the other supply house, even if it is a little more expensive. Time is money and I don’t have time to drive up there when I need to see if they have the material I need.
