Ive never been one to leave reviews, but i left this place in tears because of how awful my lashes look, this would be my second time getting a lash lift and tint and I am so disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before I booked with this place. They look nothing like what is presented in the pictures or how i got them done previously at a different place. I even spent an extra $30 unknowingly because I was worked on by a master stylist, but the looks of my lashes do not represent that. They are uneven, and they look as if they were done incorrectly. When I went back in and asked why my lashes looked the way they did and if she could fix them, she told me no, and that it was just my natural lash pattern and they would hopefully relax in a few days. Im absolutely distraught and disappointed by my service here!

So unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment in,weeks in advance, I took off work and drove all the way out there and they forgot to actually schedule the appointment and turned me away! I had to wait two additional weeks before I could finally get in (I even postponed my trip) and they canceled on me 3 MINUTES before I arrived! I was never offered any sort of discount or anything. I Will never go back.

I am soooo upset!! After several canceled appointments in succession, someone made an appointment for me that I didn't request. As soon as I received the notification that an appointment had been made, I immediately sent a reschedule text. Then I got a notification that I received a late cancellation penalty. No big deal. I pay for a membership and have credits stored. I'll deal with this later. Nope!! Not only did they charge my card for an ADDITIONAL $89.99 but today is day three of calling several times a day asking for a manager, texting the complaint number, and everything else I can do, all to no avail as there is never a manager onsite and when she does stop by, returning calls of upset customers isn't on the list of priorities. They've withheld services that have been prepaid and now they're stealing from me. If you do subsribe to a monthly membership, please do yourself a favor and put a prepaid card on file or they'll be helping themselves to what's in your account, too!

After searching and searching I would not recommend this place to no one. I’m new to GA and was referred to this place never again. "Be careful when getting your lashes done here. I went in for a lash special for $99, for first time client but when I checked my account and found out that they overcharged me almost $300. They said they would refund me, but I still haven't received anything back. They were not full after the service additionally, my lashes started falling out after one week of service. My advice is to save your money and time."

I am very disappointed with the service. I paid 144 today is day 5 and I’m losing lashes. My lashes didn’t look full from day one. I e never had my lashes done and come off so fast. I’m more disappointed than ever to know you pay for what you get however 144.00 for 5 days is horrible . Not to mention. I showed her a picture and they are no where near what I asked for

I am so happy to find my new lash home! I had some busted lashes and master artist, Adrienne, totally changed that. She was very fast installing, and incredibly light handed. She explained every step of the service, and shared her best practices for future care. The studio is very clean, the entire staff was very friendly, and they offer great retail and deals on membership packages. This was a great experience.

People, please be careful with this lash studio. I tried to cancel my appointment for personal reason. They told me they couldn't cancel and they still have to charge me full price. I came in and got a full set classic lashes. I paid $220 with tip. The young lady did a horrible job. My lashes weren't full at all. My eyes were glued together. It looked like I was missing lashes especially on my left eye. plus my lash tech smelled like spoke or Marijuana. I feel like she didn't do a good job because she was under the influence. Plus she was late. I should of told on her and got my refund. I was just super frustrated and upset. I wish they could of made it better.

Walked in today to have lashes tinted, was told there was only an appointment at 12pm, even though the online booking said there was at least 2 other spots. Arrived 5 mins early, waited 25 minutes, told the person behind the desk I could only wait for another 5 minutes. The person returned and said that that technician wasn't on property and that I wouldn't be charged to reschedule another appointment. The person I spoke with seemed to not take any initiative. To hear the technician not even be there is really unprofessional I am in the last stage of my pregnancy, am disappointed and will not return. 0 out of 10 for service

Front desk is always fabulous, but there’s a revolving door of technicians so when you find one you love, book with her every time. I had an appointment last week and waited 30 minutes before they finally told me the tech was on the phone and would be there soon. I left. But I rebooked and that tech was amazing. Sooooo… know what you’re walking into?

Disorganized. I signed up through class pass and received an email the day of my appointment saying I had to reschedule because a tech wasn’t available. I moved the appointment and received an email the day of the rescheduled appointments saying they want my billing information on file to secure the appointment. I called to inquire why they would need my card when I booked through class pass. They told me they weren’t sure how class pass worked (even though their business is listed with them ) and that they would need to card on file in case the credit didn’t go through and to secure my appointment. So it sounds like they don’t even know if they accept class pass credits. If you’re going to have your business listed on class pass then you should know how it works. They need to also send out these emails with as much advance notice as possible. The day of thing is really annoying

I got my lashes done here and have had better. I noticed several missed lashes, and some are clumped together, unlike how a classic set is supposed to be. Inner corners of my eyes, totally missed. Shape was not flattering at all. I think every lash was the same length which made it look really weird. Usually my tech will do a little shorter towards the inner eyes or something specific if requested, but I trusted this one to do something flattering in the classic look and it just was not it. On top of everything else I’ve mentioned… I’m not sure what glue they used but it left flakes on my lashes, which I have never experienced before. I also noticed that a couple of lashes appeared to be glued to my eyelid rather than lash. The best word to describe it was SLOPPY. The stylist seemed to be rushing, so maybe that’s why. I don’t know what the issue was, but I the service was not good. The lady at the counter was a bit off, not exactly rude, but not friendly either. I can only describe it as “mean girl vibes.” The person I spoke with over the phone was nice tho.

I went in for a lash lift and tint. Walked out with my lashes tinted but the lift did not lift at all and actually my lashes are now pointing downward. Flash forward a week later after following all of the instructions (no oil based products or serums) and my lash tint is gone but unfortunately my lashes are still pointing the wrong direction. $120 later (with tip) and it was a complete waste of money and time.

I had my lashes done by Bre and they were so good and were very natural. I got them October 8th and they lasted about four days and then most of the lashes fell out. It is now a week later and my lashes look bare with some clinging for dear life. They are good to have for an event but 100$ for four days of good lashes doesn’t seem worth it for me. I will probably stick to drug store lashes and save 90$. Really sad about my lashes.Service: Makeup services
