There is seriously so super nice, I didn’t know what car I wanted and Dan took his time and sent me three different cars. We has drove all three of them and I didn’t make my decision until week and a half later. He even stayed open later to work around my Schedule. From what I’ve seen, they have a lot of really, really nice cars for really great prices

WHATEVER YOU DO..DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT!! visit this dealership to get scammed and lied about the true issues of the vehicles he is selling. Lied about the vehicle being serviced by a major dealership..lied about the headlight just being a blown bulb. But, in fact, the vehicle had never been serviced by any certified mechanic in nearly 4 yrs. The non working headlight was actually a bulb installed incorrectly, burning the entire headlight assembly and melting the module. The front bumper had to be pulled off to identify thus major issue. To add to the fraud..this fraudulent dealer installed a brand new bulb to mislead. The problem with that..tells clearly you were aware of the serious damage and cost to repair, but intended to deceive by installing the new bulb, so the buyer wouldn't see the burned up bulb that was previously installed. The cost is $2900 to fix..all the so called recent service that the dealer said was performed was a complete lie. I had the car completely went through. Nothing was checked or addressed, not even an oil and filter change. Major oil leaks, etc..is what was found. Totalling nearly $6000. This guy would not answer my calls or text. Called and texted for over a month..no answer. Left voice messages about the car also..crickets! Today I was finally able to speak to this fraud..not only did he not take responsibility for the lies, but said it was my problem, not his..then proceeded to laugh and hang up on me. Not only that, tags are past due. I spoke with the county tag office..they said he never finished the paper work..we are nearly 2 months in of purchasing this car. RUN!!!

Takes the worry out of getting a vehicle you know your going to get something reliable there. Its worth my five hours drive everytime to not take a gamble anywhere else. Thanks man keep doing what your doing.

It's not surprising to see the same comments I'm about to leave. DO NOT shop here. I drove 2 hours to looks at a truck and of course it didn't look the same in person, so I tried another truck that I decided I was going to buy on the test drive with my wife because I needed one ASAP, so I had her look up the KBB on it. The truck booked out for 6-7K less than the asking price. I told the guy that it I was concerned with the pricing of it and he immediately said "Ok, have a nice day, I'm done here", he wanted me to make an impulse decision and not do my research. I was paying cash money and I do understand we arrived at closing but he was very rude and unprofessional, Thank god my hunch was right and left! These positive 5 star rating are friends and family I'm sure.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 and our experience was nothing short of absolutely amazing! Lydia is amazing! She worked with us literally all day and made the process as smooth as possible and we left feeling great about our purchase and highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you to Lydia and Chris for helping us find exactly what we were looking for!!

I would give a zero stars if I could the vehicle that I purchased online was not like it was in the pictures or describes the oil is black and low. They didn’t even change the oil didn’t clean the car and then received it with zero gas. To drop the whole thing off one of my TVs and headrest does not work and listing says includes delivery. No I had to pay for that.

Man These folks are real nice until they snag your credit it’s you against them. They’re very shady Chris & Lydia does not know how to talk to people gave me one price and turned around and flip the script on me after they ran my credit but in my mind, I knew I wanted to purchase a vehicle cash On a professional standpoint if you’re going to do business with people, whether there any race or any color or any credit, it does not matter your background you just don’t talk to people the way they talk to people at first everything was nice, but when my credit showed up as fair, I could see the changing their demeanor, speaking and considering the fact that I have cash in my pocket to buy vehicles maybe four times off there a lot, but it didn’t hurt to see what their financing options were talking about and from there they block they’re on sale they never once considered that instead of counting my wallet AUTOMATICALLY They assumed because I wanted my credit ran that I didn’t have the money to buy a vehicle

Our family is proud of the vehicle we purchased. Found online, the owner spoke truthfully about the vehicle, and it exceeds our expectations. No hassle, and they have lots of different kinds of vehicles.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Alliance Automotive Group. My experience with Dan, who I found to be honest, patient, friendly and professional, was one that made me feel certain he had my best interest. Thank you Dan for taking the time to allow me to figure out which vehicle is best for me. This was a 5-star experience. I highly recommend Alliance Automotive Group!

I have waited two months before writing this review. I wanted to ensure that there were no problems with the vehicle first. After two months, I can say there have been no issues at all.The GoodI found the vehicle through Facebook Marketplace and Lydia was the contact person who helped me through the buying process. AAG is in a different state from mine, so it was an extra gamble on my part to have to drive out of state for the vehicle. They were great to answer any of my questions, and Mel gave me a very thorough Facetime walkthrough of the car showing me any tiny dings or scratches that I could be concerned about (per my request). Seeing the car in person, she was very honest in her walkthrough. I was also provided the CarFax upon request.I traveled to GA the day before Thanksgiving (2022) to pickup the vehicle after placing a deposit down the day before so they would hold the car. My credit union was supposed to have already made payment to them before I arrived and they did not. From there it was a very long and annoying process to get the money transferred to them from my CU. It was not AAG fault and Lydia worked patiently with me (literally) all day long to get it figured out. She was even extra kind to offer to come in on Thanksgiving morning for me to pickup the vehicle the next day if needed. It wasn't necessary as we were able to get it resolved.AAG allowed for a good test drive and plenty of time to look the vehicle over. It looked as good in person as it did online, and that almost never happens. The BadAs some other reviews have stated, the paperwork process wasn't the best. For a business that does this every day, they seemed as confused about the process as I did. I was shuffled around by phone to several random people trying to figure out where the title was. It made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy during the process. In the end it was resolved, but should have been so much smoother. When I bought the vehicle the gas tank was bone dry. I had to request that they fill it up (remember I drove from out of state). A 5 star dealership would be embarrassed for a customer to even have to ask. That should have been done to sweeten the buyers experience with the car lot.Having had the car for two months there are three things I've noticed that has bothered me some. 1. The leather interior has been painted. After researching online, this seems to be a normal option to do to a vehicle. There are plenty of kits and services to do it. The interior looks great (like brand new), but I got something sticky on the driver seat and it pulled a little off. That's how I discovered it. AAG may not have known, but it made me a little uneasy about the interiors true condition. 2. The car has been painted. The CarFax had a small incident, but it appears that the whole half of the car has been painted. It makes me wonder what happened to the car (Again, AAG might not have know). 3. The car needed an alignment long before I bought it. The inside of the front tires were worn bad on the edge.Overall, I would look at cars at AAG again. They better keep Lydia because she is the one person of everyone I worked with that made the process happen. I think they would still be looking for the title if not for her.
