We have been living here for 4+ years and we do enjoy this place and its friendly staff. Especially shout out to Alex in the main office, she is very kind and always helpful and to Mr James for his great attitude towards service and helping the residents! Mr James is a very kind and humble person with a smile on his face!

James Byrd reminds me of that Uncle everyone wishes they had and need. He just seems to know how to maneuver through life uncertainties whether it’s a blown fuse or that strange noise your washing machine makes during spinning cycle. It’s always a pleasure having him around at Aldridge.

I've lived at Aldridge for over three years now and I am completely in love. I would highly recommend this complex as our amenities are wonderful, there's always a new food truck to try outside, and there are many fun events hosted by Aldridge management. Special shout out to James who always puts extra care into assuring any issues in our unit are fixed in a timely and efficient manner. He truly seems to want everyone's experience at Aldridge to be a great one!

The aldridge has been a pleasant experience. The staff has always been helpful, kind and working diligently to create a sense of neighborhood community.The maintenance staff led by James is always attentive and will gi above and beyond to ensure your satisfied with repairs or enhancements.

James Byrd leads the maintenance team and is always prompt with service requests. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Makes living at Aldridge at Town Village a great experience. The leasing office staff are also very friendly and responsive. So far, I have been quite happy with this apartment complex.

The community was always very well kept, I’d like to specially mention that James Byrd made all the difference in the world while I was at Aldridge. He was always very responsive and professional. Aldridge is lucky to have him as the maintenance manager.

Aldridge has been my home for 2 years. I can’t find anything bad about this place, only amazing things to say. From the people that works at the leasing office to the maintenance people, they go above and beyond to help you when you need and with what you need. I want to say thank you to everyone, I really appreciate all of you. A special thank you to James from the maintenance, that on one Sunday came to help me with a small snake issue on my porch, even so there wasn’t a lot that he could have done he still came. He is always around waving at you with a big smile on his face, always so polite. The community is quiet, clean, well maintained, the apartments very spacious and also so beautiful. Dog friendly and my dog loves living here. They really make you feel like you are home! I love that it is walking distance to a lot places, there is a nature trail behind of the apartment perfect for a long walk with family, by yourself or with a pet.

This is my first year with the Aldridge. Great community, the BEST maintenance on the block. James is always super conversational, and I swear that guy just doesn't know how to have a bad day! All the other maintenance is quick, courteous, and professional My one gripe is with the parking, you have a job that requires you to get home after 6PM, or you choose to go out on a Saturday night? GOOD Luck finding a spot! All in all, it's still a 5 star complex. it could be improved, but I trust that will come with time.

This is a good place to live. Maintenance is always on top of things. James is especially knowledgeable and helpful. Office staff are also super helpful and kind. It's also a great location and convenient. Noonday creek trail access is awesome too.

Aldridge was an amazing stay, always quiet and peaceful. I lived here for 3 going on 4 years and my unit was beautiful. I also want to state that maintenance specifically JAMES was great and prompt. James answers all your questions and he is ALWAYS ready to help . He is the best !

Ive been here a year now and today I had my first encounter with James from maintenance. I submitted a ticket online and less than an hour later James showed up and started fixing the issue. We chatted a bit while he was fixing my garbage disposal, that wasnt working because i mustve dropped something glass down it. He was friendly and great to talk to. While we came in he noticed my door wasnt shutting quite right so he said while he was here he'd fix that too. 10/10 would recommend living here. Thank you again James for your help!

I have been a resident here since 2016 and the team at Aldridge has been nothing short of amazing from day one. Especially Mr. James! He is always a constant source of great energy, the definition of hard work and dedication, and just an absolute gem!

The staff have been nothing but welcoming and kind. They work hard to keep the grounds clean in this community and it shows. My first month here has been great. I really love how my apartment looks. The landscaping is clean. The trash hasn’t overflown to outside the been since I been here. Shout out to James who is head of maintenance. He has helped me twice and is very friendly and accommodating.. a true asset to the team. :)

My Experience has been Great the staff is very professional. Diversity is where Aldridge excels and I can certainly appreciate the Standards set for this community. Furthermore, I come home knowing that I have a safe place and great neighbors.
