Talked to Sharonda first because it wasn't clear on setting up account. She was so kind, professional and helpful. Amazing. Today I saw Ryan, she was very thorough and answered my questions. Said she would call me Monday and follow-up. She put the cap on my head and adjusted. Said I need a smaller one and she would get me one.

I needed service on my CPAP was difficult to get an appointmt but finally my son got one and took it in- then we had to wait while they detrmined the machine was just not set correctly - then we hadl to get another appointmnt to pick up my machine and turn in the rental - I was pleased we did not have to pay for the rental and we did get an explanation of the reset of the machine- it just took way too long- when my husband was alive and driving me back and forth it was much easier to comply with the rules of when we could take the machine in- the people there are alwalys polite but it is very hard now that I have to get one of my adult children to get over to repair and make appointmts at their convenience

The watch app monitor was very easy to understand the directions for connecting up for usage the previous night. I was extremely satisfied with the watch for monitoring my oxygen for a day. Thanks for my watch app experience.

CPAP machines have become critical to those with Sleep Apnia but AeroCare/ Adapthealth/Carmichael (one business with three names depending upon who you speak with) makes it extremely difficult to get insurance to cover the machine and are not forthcoming on their billing or customer support practices. My replacement Airsense 10 was a replacement of the former Airsense 10 (aged out). Though the Airsense 11 is avaialbe they were out of stock of the 11 due to Philips' sudden recall. My old 10 had wireless reporting cababilities but the "new" one doesn't so I had been informed that that I needed to remove the chip in it and bring this to the local office in Loganville. When informed of this I took an hour out of my work day to bring this in by 4:30 PM. They processed me by 5 PM and I was good to go. I asked if they needed anything else and we told no, they were good. Since then I have been charged for a monthly sum for accessories (nasal cushion, headstrap, mask) with insurance covering a portion. However, the machine and humidifier was billed without insurance. I've been struggling to understand why one and not the other being processed with insurance. I've been in touch each month and no one has addressed this. I just got off the phone and I am ready to go to a provider for a new machine and drop this one in the mail for full refund.

Had a great experience on getting the bed. We got it the same day my dad came home from the hospital. He was uncomfortable in the bed. It hurt his back, so we got a doctors order for a gel pad mattress sent to Aerocare. It is now 2 weeks later and no gel pad and no answers. My dad suffered enough, so we returned the bed. They really dropped the ball on this. So 5 stars on bed, 1 star on topper. So I give them 3 stars.

The technician was excellent- informative, personable , pleasant, and he answered all our questions. We are so glad a representative came to deliver the device instead of it just arriving by mail, with no one to answer questions.

Marietta location: Poorest communication from any business I have ever experienced. They hardly ever answer the phone. When I finally got someone she sounded like a stuttering, 90 year old. It was obvious from hello she very disinterested in helping me.First of all, my machine stopped transmitting data, and it took me over a year to find out the model was old and would no longer transmit. I only found that out by driving up there and sitting in their waiting room. They recommended I get a new unit My doctor had sent an two orders within the last several months which turned out had insufficient information. No one bothered to reach out to him or myself for clarification. They would’ve left me in the dark about the status of the order had I not reached out. For a very expensive piece of equipment they don’t want to assist you in getting it. Stay away from this company. The only thing they are good at is constantly calling you asking you if you want to re-order CPAP supplies. I ended up having to block their number to stop these calls. Obviously scamming the insurance companies by overloading you with supplies is how they stay open.

5 - The service rendered by Dontel Walker was great. He arrived at the time stated, was professional, got the hospital bed up and shared instructions on how to operate it. Excellent customer service.
