Randy Winfield is an amazing, honest man with an amazing business! He was an absolute joy to work with and he was so helpful and professional every step of the way to closing day of my husband and I's first home! We found Randy through a family member who bought two houses through him in the past, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/rent as well. He is hard working and humble, bringing a sense of calm to the calamity that comes with buying or selling a home. We are grateful to have found such an honest realtor who didn't skirt around any possible reality and made sure we found the home just for us. 10/10

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Winfield for our home purchase .
I say it was a pleasure because it truly was .
Randy’s knowledge is excellent and his customer service is superb.
He was always on time for any appointments , always had information for us about the area we were looking in as well as the neighborhood, HOA, taxes and any pertinent information that could assist us including contact information for trash removal, information on homestead exemption as well as tax benefits for senior citizens .
I spent the last 50 plus years in the real estate profession both as a Real Estate broker / owner and for the last 30 years as a mortgage banker and Vice President of operations for several mortgage banking firms .
Based on my experience in the profession Randy is at the top of the list and any person looking to buy or sell real estate would absolutely have a good experience with Randy Winfield .

Jennifer was the realtor who made my house purchase possible. I was living in another state and not able to personally walk through houses for sale in my search area near Atlanta. Jennifer went above and beyond with locating homes for sale, FaceTiming me as she walked through houses as well as helping me buy a house with a back up offer. She was also instrumental in getting my bank loan expedited so we could close before the new year. She found a home for my daughter in Suwannee as well.
