Bought a Gorilla cart from these folks. Expected it to be in a factory box when I arrived to pick it up. Instead, it was already assembled, a bonus which should have been an extra $35. Nice surprise.

Always a waste of time stopping here. False advertising on prices. Not the first time it's happened either. I get up to the register and the product rings up a different price. They know exactly what they're doing and most people probably won't even catch it. Shop elsewhere!
The spray paint was marked $5.99, at the register it rang up $8.95. No, it was not merely one can placed in the wrong spot. All three cans were in the same spot where the label said $5.99 (and it wasn't the first time this happened but it will be the last for me).
I went to Walmart and got the exact same thing for $5.86. They're a total ripoff! Don't waste your time going to Ace.

I got a key made at this location. When I got home, I discovered it wasn’t working. Went back to the this store to get it recopied. The guy at the register looked at me, then looked at the bad key, then compared it to the original key… Then said- “looks good to me”. I thought to myself… Okkayy, I guess I’m just coming all the way back here (wasting my time) bringing the key in for funsies. What a silly thing to say when a customer is being inconvenienced by having to come back for poorly cut keys.

Went to 2 of the BIG box stores and the workers had no idea what I was looking for(was a BBQ grate) and luckily ACE was open on Labor Day and the girl at the counter directed me to what I needed, thank you ACE!

Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with helpful smiles from the staff—they really know their stuff and make shopping feel personal. It’s my go-to whenever I want to avoid the crowds at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Whether I need a quick part, have questions about a project, or just want to scope out funky gift ideas, they’re on it. They’ve even got services like key cutting, propane refills, and glass cutting—super convenient. Sure, I’ve seen a rare hiccup here or there, but the owners clearly care and usually make it right. Highly recommend!
