Ace came through for me when I needed it. With a hurricane bearing down on us, I realized my generator would not start and needed quick maintenance. The guys at Ace had it assessed and repaired same day ahead of the storm arriving. Highly recommend your neighborhood hardware store - Ace!

Good old hardware store still exists.
Know what it takes to resolve problems.
Have all the parts even it’s not popular.
Friendly neighborhood service.
Will make keys like true locksmith instead of the big chain store only makes popular keys with machine which might not cut the keys right.
As every time away on vacation seeing big stores loaded with popular items, selling cheap new tools kind of forcing you to dump good old tools just needs a worn part.
Glad to have one of the few Ace close to home.

I like this Ace, I drive an extra few min to visit and it's always worth it. Helpful of course, and I think it's the owner, he always has a lot of good BBQ recommendations.

I’m not sure that an American owns this store. paying his employees less than McDonald’s employees, no wonder the services went downhill. A helpful Ace Hardware is located in Woodstock. Employees are more helpful, and American owned

Can not say enough good stuff about this store. Always freindly and willing to go out of thier way. The mechanics in the back know their stuff. Took my log splitter to them after wasting $600 at another lawn mower repair shop. They figured it out right away and charged me a fair price.

Like the jingle says, "Ace is the place". We were able to find the type of extension cord (last one left) that the big box stores didn't have.

These folks are always friendly and very helpful. They problem solve your issues and come up with resolutions, direct you to exactly what you need, and you don't have to buy a big quantity of the items, as you can buy the 1-2 bolts you need. Saves time and money to go to Ace Hardware.
