Don’t not go here to get money for your items. Owner is a complete tool. The employees have no power or say in anything. Then when you make a deal they decide to back out. AVOID AT ALL COST TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I didn’t even wanna leave this review, but this is the second time this establishment has been ignorant and disrespectful. I purchased a gorgeous 5 1/2 carat. Tennis bracelet from Zachary had no problems had no issues the moment I wanna buy another tennis bracelet at the establishment the first thing Zachary’s coworker wants to tell me is I cannot receive a discount or they’re not willing to give me a discount. How do you know that? How do you know what type of business this establishment wants to do with me i.e. did you sell me that the 5 1/2 Diamond tennis bracelet? No, you did not so for you to sit there and be so assumptive of a business is that and I’m sorry Zachary but you gave me great customer service but your coworker did not.

The first gun I bought I found all rusty inside when I got it taken apart at home. The second one wasn't what was pictured online. With two parts missing they wouldn't drop the price. I dont recommend this place.

Where do i start. Just want to say that i'm truly blessed to be a customer of this business, reason being is that whenever i'm down to my last and need food, gas, or anything that you'd need to survive AAA pawn was always there for me. I understand that i'm pawning my own items but it's much more than a pawn it's TRULY a loan! Its extremely personal for me when it comes to the guys at AAA because i have 6 kids who depend on me and instead of asking family or a friend who'd pass judgement and not understand your situation or just outright don't believe in you, AAA understands and treated me like family on at least 5 separate occasions. Not only did they help me out i've been late making payments and instead of them giving you the finger and keeping your items they work with you! So from the bottom of my heart i HIGHLY suggest any and everyone to stop by and see what they can do for you. Oh and as far as inventory goes they have something for all ages from toddlers to grandparents so stop by. It's by far my favorite spot for jewelry, firearms , and electronics but theirs so much more just check ''em out. AAA thank you guys may god bless you guys!!! Really appreciate you guys!

Bad experience, They tried to act confused on there own pawn process... $500 pawn after 40 days went to $780 they ripped me off I will never step foot in that place ever... 25% to not sell your property plus another 500+25% when you try to pick it up ....3 employees are clowns correcting each other not knowing the policy... BEWARE

I didn't like when I went into their establishment the pricing wasn't already updated and everyone seemed to be so confused about how much they were buying a device for, but knew how much they were selling it for. Seemed very sneaky and untrustworthy.

They were fair when appraising the pawn value of two firearms. Customer service and knowledge is lacking. Definitely believe they are experts. Brevity before certainty.
