“Fast and friendly service is what you will get here. They have a wide variety of items to choose from and will make every effort to accommodate a request from regular customers. Rhonda the store manager works incredibly hard to keep the store fully stocked including going and picking up items needed. Kam one of the store owners also picks up needed items. He is friendly and tries to employ only the best staff. He also tries to always have the cheapest fuel in town. If you are looking for a job and you have the skills and are honest and hardworking, go by and see Rhonda or Kam for an application and interview. Kam and Rhonda are very easy to work for.”

“I love the employee here! Especially the blonde lady that usually works days! She is always super helpful and always has a smile on her face. “This store is quite beautiful with the sun shining through the windows on a sunny Saturday morning. I visited the Starbucks in this store on my way to an event in Jasper. Mason (I hope I have the name right!) was working the Starbucks alone and, might I say, knocking it out of the park! While I was waiting in line briefly and admiring the plant displays, one of the employees smiled and said hello to me. This was a super pleasant experience, and I will definitely visit this store again when I am up that way.”

“I just bought a car charger for my phone and accidentally bought the wrong one. The staff readily exchanged it for the correct one and when it would not connect to my specific vehicle’s system, they went out of their way to provide me with a car charging adapter. He came to my vehicle and told me not to worry about reimbursing him. I didn’t catch his name, but RacTrac in Jasper will be my first choice for now on. Great customer service!”
“First, Thank You Kroger for providing the electric buggies for handicap people. This is the only way I can shop. But unfortunately your buggies need some repairing. I was stranded by my buggy (showing full charge one minute then stopping and showing no charge). A very nice young man working there noticed my predicament and brought me a different cart. He even transferred my items for me. So I continued for about 10 minutes, then that buggy died on me. I was beyond aggravated. I could not continue my shopping. I headed for the registers which took me a long time to reach. Your store is very nice and big but I won't be back unless I can be assured the electric buggies are reliable.”
“I have never been treated as sweetly as the gentleman behind the counter has treated me today. Thank you, kind sir. I aspire to be as kind and friendly as you have been to me. Also, this biscuit was most likely made this morning (just a guess), however the texture and warmth does NOT make it seem like it has been sitting there for hours. It is not hard at all. It’s soft, and it is not at all dried out. It is still delicious, and it is 4 PM!10/10 Definitely Recommend this StoreFYI, they do not sell lottery tickets.”

“First time here. Saw on FB post that they had best biscuits in town. I like my biscuits crunchy and these today weren’t. They were good and we will try again soon. The people were very friendly and appears clean.”
“Im not very familiar with Kroger. I went to the Kroger in Jasper Ga and was blown away with the entire market. The fruit selection was ridiculous! Seemed like they had everything. The meat department was also great. People were friendly and store very clean.”

“I don't know why the reviews are so terrible here. People are tripping. I have had nothing but great experiences at the Shell. The staff are all wonderful the place is always clean and organized. My only complaint would be how early they close on Friday and Saturday night. Heck thats anywhere in Hickory Flat!”

“This is a very rural area in N Georgia. There's a Chevron just down the road, but that's it for 10 miles in any direction. This place isn't Quiktrip, all right? The new owners have put a lot of money into this place over the past 5 years. Interior is clean and they have typical c-store fair. They even have slot machines. Staff is always friendly and smiling. They also have specialty items like Kratom, and other similar things. Just beer. No wine. Parking lot is horrendous. Big pot holes.”
