Was a 5 star but I had a hose bust on my car and found out this company cut corners and put good fenders and other part on a bent /damaged frame and motor mount instead of fixing it especially when the work they did was $8000

Jones Body Shop is the best shop ever!! They do such an amazing job. They go above and beyond to make your car look great. Your car will look amazing. My paint job was top notch!! Horribly treated by the owner who dishonestly totaled a vehicle for simply having a busted tail light & small dent on bumper. I’m a single mother with liability insurance. My son drove our only vehicle to work while I was sick & he had an accident not realizing the truck ahead was stopped (no brake lights or turn signal & not enough time to fully stop on highway). He grazed the truck in the right rear causing minimal damage. At the scene, the officers, myself, truck owner & wrecker were all discussing how minimal the damage was on his truck.
Ricky Jones sent an estimate to my insurance for over $4k on an old 80’s pick up truck. When I called to ask him about it, giving him the benefit of the doubt.. it was quickly made known that he knew he was guilty by the way he treated me so hatefully & hung up on me. He admitted that it was an old truck so it was easy to total out since it’s not worth much. Could care less that he caused a single mom to struggle that much more with a higher bill & record to provide a measly profit for them and a shiny new paint job for the old truck. Before I called, my mom warned me that he wouldn’t care. She went to school with him & knew his character was off.

Someone rubbed down the side of my brand new car causing minor damage to the trim over the rear tire, the quarter panel, and the tail light. It happened in a parking lot and whoever did it drove off. The folks at Jones body shop buffed 95% of the marks off in about 15 minutes and made it look much better. The damage is still there but it is not nearly as noticable. They were super nice and wouldn't let me pay them. They care about their customers and provide excellent customer service.Service: Body & Trim
