I have been doing business with Pepper for over 20 years She and her staff have always taken good care of me until this pass year. I purchased an adjustable base and new mattress and 3 months of sleeping on the mattress my back start hurting and the mattress started to sink in. I called Pepper she sent one of her guys ( her most senior employee WHICH IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH HER AFTER 20 YEARS Now I see why) out to look to see if there was a defect and Of course it was sinking. Pepper order more mattress but of course I had to pay an additional FEE... her guys brought new mattress out and about 4 months later the same thing happened MATTRESS SINKING AND ADJUSTABLE HEADBOARD FALLING DOWN SLOWLY AFTER I'VE ADJUSTED IT❗️ Pepper came out and turned mattress around and told me to try sleeping on them this way for a few months and see what happens. I did just that and I called Pepper back months later told her I was experiencing the same problem she told me I can't get to you until next year I just had my first Grandbaby and I will be spending time with the baby. Me waiting patiently and body hurting at the same time just to be told on TODAY YOUR HUSBAND IS TOO HEAVY FOR THOSE SOFT MATTRESS AND I CAN'T HELP YOU.

The washing machine that I have from this place does not clean the laundry. You put in the machine it won't fill the machine up with water it will take you to long to get whatever you want washing and the close does not come out clean it has a sensing system on the main and will not fill it up to wash good luck with getting badcock to help you with it i have been trying to get whatever help I can get they make it like it is your fault have not helped me a all it's is my wife an my fault. I'm back happy with the good care of my problem with the washing machine that I have got from badcock they work with me on the replacement of the washing machine thanks for the care from badcock I will go back to see them in the future

You can't get any better than the Badcock's Home Furniture store in Manchester!! The staff here have become like family. The store is warm, inviting and filled with every style-taste! They take an intimate approach and really investigate what you are looking for to furnish your home. Delivery is set-up for you and the rest of the process is as easy as can be!! I highly recommend working with this small town, family-owned and operated business.
