I had a great experience at this TSA station today. The attendance who waited on me were Yasmin and Doris, two other finest workers that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with today kudos to the beautiful young ladies and hopefully the next time I go there, I will see those two employees again, they were the highlight of my day today on a very long trip

This Ta needs to be shut down.
They dont even have a mechanic to perform repairs over night but they have a clerk sitting at the shop desk. He states he cant do anything for you until his mechanic comes in at 9am. This is 3am that i tried to get a fuel filter check. He cant even do that.
Ask about a filter wrench for sale or use his to tighten filters myself. He cant help with that. What a joke. Close your doors and go home. This shop is just waiting electricity.

I pulled into this TA on 4/17/24 after having roadside service come out for a broke torque arm. After the TA roadside service indicated the nut was spinning and it needed to be replaced, although it was dangerous, I drove it back to this location on a Wednesday night.
4/18/24 - The master mechanic came in this morning. I was told that a total inspection needs to be done in order to fix the issue and perform an alignment. Upon inspection, the master mechanic found several issues wrong with the front end and also the drive shaft. I was told that I need to give the okay to order the parts before 4pm in order for them to arrive the following day (Friday). After making sure that those was all the parts needed, which totaled over $9,000, I signed paperwork and gave the okay to order them. I walked across the street and booked a hotel at $130 a night. “Keep in mind, I own my truck and all these expenses along with time off counts.
(Also I offered to pay for the parts myself and just have the TA do a parts run. I made this offer because MHC said I could get the parts cheaper and that the TA will do a markup on the parts before selling them to me). I was told that it would cost me $250 for the parts run.
4/19/24- I walk back over to the TA with the master mechanic who was cool and honest. He informed me that some of the parts had not arrived and should be in. (Remember, he is the mechanic, not the person making the order.) I had already checked out of my hotel because I was told on Thursday the parts would be in and I would be finished up to hit the road. Only to find out later that all the parts had not arrived and they will be in on Saturday instead. So, I walked back to the hotel and skip renting a car to drive home based on my truck being available on Saturday once the other parts arrive to finished the job.
4/20/24- I once again I checked out of my hotel and walked over to TA’s shop. The master mechanic who does not even work on Saturday came in on his day off to finish up my truck. He and I both were disappointed because once again, this time the wrong parts were sent. I even went inside to the front desk of the shop to get the list of the remaining parts (which the master mechanic listed parts numbers and all information). I personally called MHC in Conyers. They informed me that they were short handed and will give me a callback. This led me to getting a hotel again from Saturday to Monday. I was told by the front desk at the TA that the parts will be in on Monday.
4/22/24- On Monday I checked out the hotel for good to find out once again find out that the parts was not even ordered on Saturday because Paccar is not open on Saturday. This means the parts could not be order till Monday. And now they will arrive on Tuesday. At this point, a company driver has been sent to get my load and the cost has been cut. I have lost an additional $1,100 from the load on top of being down and should have been gone on Friday and not to mentioned paying $160-$200 a day on the hotel room and food.
4/23/24- Thinking this is my final checkout of the hotel. I walked over to the TA to be informed that once again MHC sent the wrong part because of a computer glitch. Now the right part will be in on Wednesday. This last part is definitely MHC’s fault. I even waited to make this review because of so many issues with this entire ordeal.
4/24/24- Finally, my truck is completed and now I have to wait on my empty trailer. My total bill came to $13,297.31. I paid this directly from my account. I am not a major truck company and the downtime along with unnecessary expenses cost me a ton.
5/16/24- NOT EVEN 30 DAYS AFTER MY TRUCK HAD BEEN REPAIRED. I am now currently broke down in Monticello Florida. I just got loaded bout 15 miles back and noticed a clunk noise on the driver side of my truck. I pulled in median to check this issue, and guess what it is? The drag link is very very loose. Overheard casual racism from staff towards a non English speaking customer; who literally did nothing but buy a drink. A second staff member noticed what was going on and tried apologizing for his behavior but she shouldn’t need to apologize when it wasn’t her words or actions. Can’t believe ignorance was spoken so loudly and proudly for everyone to hear

10+hours for a air bag.and tire repair. Been better off buying the tools and doing it myself in the rain on the side of the road .horrible place. Go 1 mile up the rd to loves,they couldn't be worse and over charged

I've been all over this country, hundreds of truck stops.... This one takes the prize of rudest & most racist. To the black lady who was working the counter: your disdain for white people exudes from your every pour. I stood there and watched you treat white and blacks completely differently... To the black man working the popeyes: I stood there a good 5 minutes patiently while the lady in front of me took pictures, flirted, and you had a conversation about basically nothing, clearly was not there to order or buy anything, but you ignored the fact I was even there... which is why I turned around and walked out the door.Good job TA !! Way to perpetuate racism in America !!!If you're white, go out of your way to avoid this place.

This is an older stop, been here long as I can remember. But I didn't know this, they got plates! Yeah, they got a Popeyes Not what I'm saying. I'm talking about those 2 lovely black women with the good hugging souls. They got plates! I had pork chops (2), sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Tasted like home and now I can't move. I love those 2 ladies and I will be back.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. My husband who is a truck driver, came in this place to get dinner. They close at 10pm and he walked in at 9:15. The whole staff, who were all colored people, told him they wouldn’t serve him because they were closed. While another person of color sat there eating his chicken. My husband is white. If you are going to pick and choose who you serve based on the color of their skin you don’t need to be working in the customer service industry. We don’t need that type of mentality down here. TA you are a sorry truck stop with sorry people working there. Will NEVER go to another TA again. Go woke go broke!
