This is a good Pilot. But they NEVER have their Icee machine working at all. If it never works, what’s the purpose of having them??

Today i was here with my truck, just in the morning I spend 40$ in store, at the end I need to print one document, the workers was very upset and unhappy because they need to work, so they decided to let me wait 40 minutes and after 20 minutes they already have my print in the hands, but they still didn’t won it to give me, they continue to mock me, and to avoid to give it to me, they constantly was saying you must wait go from here if you don’t won it and to smile. Like professional driver I never have such experience before on Pilot gas station, the one of worker name is dianna, and other one have specific blue eyes

'Manager' Joanne was incredibly rude when I asked for a refund. She made it seem as though it was a major inconvenience to issue refund and fix the problem. I asked her why she was acting as though it was such an inconvenience. She said 'because it kind of was an inconvenience'. I asked to speak to management over the way that customers are treated at the establishment. She replied curtly 'I am the manager... have a good day'...

This Pilot is one we use at least 2-3 times/week for diesel, snacks, and/or overnight parking. We have been frequenting this location since December 2023 and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, the restrooms are clean, and the shelves are always neatly stocked. The food at IHOP is decent enough for consumption. If you need free overnight parking, get there early or you’re out of luck.

Breanna is the absolute rudest person I have ever met!!!! Evidently it’s allowed at this store because she was being rude to everyone! They don’t give us cameras y’all have to give me a pump number. Nasty attitude and vulgar language!!!! Pilot must not treat there employees well or just can’t find employees.

5 star Custom service from Mr. Octaviousevery time I or my drivers stop and get fuel, I always feel like my business is valuable wen I shop here and he always keeps the showers spotless! Thank u sir!
