This place is terrible. The lady at the counter was rude and unfriendly the last 2 times we have been in. Today my boyfriend called to ask if they carried a certain product. The woman said "No" and hung up on him!!I called back because we had more than one question to ask. When I told her we had just called and were hung up on she said " no you werent i said no"I proceeded to tell her we had other questions to ask and she interruptedme and said "well I'm very busy and dont have time to answer phone questions" AND HUNG UP ON US AGAIN!I've been in customer service for 15 years and would NEVER speak to someone so unprofessional and down right rude. Especially two days before Christmas. I will be driving the 45 minutes to Athens rather than the 5 minutes to this place ever again!

Very friendly service. Great to be able to buy "emergency" food by the pound. My Chihuahua's regular food shipment wasn't due to arrive for 2 more days. Didn't want to spend money to buy an entire bag of food he may not like. Great local resource!

Nice to know I can get some great food for my beloved dogs here. I know it hasn't been sitting around in a warehouse for a year. The dogs love it!

I love this store and the food that my Molly eats. She never has gas, her p*** doesn’t have a bad odor and she absolutely loves it! Great place to shop for your fur babies! The food is also very affordable and healthy for your pets.

My ever faithful companion of 13 years suffered a severe intestinal bacterial infection last December. It has been quite a journey since finding a kibble he could tolerate without vomiting and severe diarrhea. I tried everything. I eventually went back to cooking him food . That worked for a time but then he lost interest in those meals as well. I was able to get him to eat Little Cesar Fillet meals as the pate made him vomit. He could tolerate this food but was never sat
