Had a great new vehicle purchase experience. These folks are great. Daniela was my salesperson and she was great with communication and making sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend working with Countryside CDJR again.

I worked with 3 other repair shops before bringing in my 2014 Town & Country to the Madison service repair. I purchased my van from there 2 years ago and was hoping they could track down the electrical problem in the system. Upon start up the van dash lights blinked, wipers came on and would not turn off. I worked with Steve who is pleasant and he was great to work with. The service tech who worked on the T&C is an electrical wiz thank goodness. Thank you guys at Countryside Service for working on an older van and getting this running correctly for me, it took about week to track down the problem and repair.... If other repairs are required I would not hesitate to work with them again.

My husband dropped his Chrysler 300 off on 3/9/23 to have a key programmed. He had previously changed the ignition switch and the key need to be programmed to allow the car to crank. They never made even 1 phone call to let him know anything about the car. He finally got a hold of his service advisor “Bob”. Bob informed him the car would need a PCM module. We agreed to pay the 800 dollars for the module and to have it installed. On 3/29/23 after numerous phone calls to the dealership he was informed that the car was ready( only by calling them). We arrived there the entire car was tore apart and the bill was right at 1200. They said the pcm didn’t work and they had to chase a wire to see the problem. I requested a copy of where they ordered a PCM, because it looks old and far from new. The dealership refused! Also, once looked in vehicle realized skim module has been removed . I would def not recommend this dealership to anybody. We asked why the car wasn’t put back together, they replied and said “ we charged you to make the car run not put it back together”. Terrible service.

Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep customer service is so amazing. My experience there was so over overwhelming. Daniela Molina in sales asked me what I wanted and she delivered. Jason in the finance department is the real MVP. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COUNTRYSIDE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP IN MADISON, GA YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

After an incident on interstate 20 we were able to drive our car into Madison, Ga t Countryside Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. The service department was amazing. Their lead service mechanic, Doc, had us back on the road in no time and did not charge us for the service. This is a kind, friendly, and efficient dealership. There aren't enough words to praise them for what they did for us.

This was the best experience i have ever had buying a vehicle. I called the dealership and was immediately met by Roman Patterson. I called inquiring a 2023 Grand Cherokee L to make sure it was still available. Not only was the car there, but there were no complications or hidden prices with the cost of the vehicle in person compared to online. This is usually expected, but sometimes dealerships will try to not be up front with you. Roman gave me exactly what i wanted, and made the entire process as easy as he possibly could. Going above and beyond my expectations. I would never hesitate to send anyone to this dealership. God bless!

We brought our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Diesel to Countryside for its first service. The service receptionist, Ginger treated us like royalty despite the fact that we purchased our Jeep in Colorado. She also made an effort to keep us updated what is done and got us out of there in 1 hour and 30 minutes....that included fixing a rattle noise that had bothered us since new (loose bolt front bumper) and a check engine light that came on for a few hours, oil/filter change and tire rotation. This has been - hands down - our best service experience in a long time. Next car will be bought there!

Finance department is sketchy only at the very end did they change the paperwork and not let me put my full desired down payment. They changed the amount I could put down to subject me to take out a bigger loan than intended. Rosman, the sales rep, was a nice guy and made the negotiation experience a pleasant one.

Ginger Bruce was the absolute best! I came in with a busted radiator and she went above and beyond to get me a same day delivery and install. I highly recommend this dealership and her taking care of your future needs!

We had the most unexpectedly pleasant experience...I say "unexpectedly pleasant" because our 30+ year history of car purchasing has almost ALWAYS included high pressure, "don't leave/we can make this work" tactics that are over the top while you're trying to make an informed, conscientious purchase.First, the vehicle: We purchased a 2021 Pacifica. Our first mini van purchase was in 1993 (Dodge Caravan) and our second was in 2001 (Plymouth Voyager). We have had 3 other vehicles since 2006 and never found one as comfortable and accommodating as our Voyager, so we always reminisced about how great it was. When the time came to purchase, instead of a full-sized SUV, we thought we would drive another mini van. This Pacifica definitely met our expectations: it's sleek, comfortable, spacious and doesn't drain the bank with low gas mileage.Rosman Patterson was our salesperson, and he was super chill, "you tell me what you want" and let us drive the whole deal (no pun intended). Not ONCE did he try to talk us into a different vehicle or upsell anything!Jason Duke, the Finance Manager, was super professional, fast, and very informed about the products. He, also, did not attempt to pressure us into any specific warranty or package - he gave us information, sat back, and allowed us to actually THINK about what we were doing.If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend checking out CountrySide. It may be a little bit of a drive from where you are, but it will be totally worth it.

Took my 07 dodge ram with a 6.7 diesel the truck would lose power their diesel mechanic could not find the problem said they would get in touch witha local diesel shop to see if they could tell them what the problem was I took it to courtesy dodge jeep they fixed it no problem .If you have a ram diesel don't take it to madison.
