Reminds me of the privately owned and staffed hardware stores of my childhood, like Dux-Mixture on Howell Mill Rd. In Atlanta, in an era before plastic blister packs, where you could count-out what you needed and where the staff knew their business. It’s worth the drive from the Desert of Atlanta to visit the Oasis of Madison.

Used their septic services to pump the tank at our house. Very friendly customer service, showed up on time and did a great job getting rid of my problem. i’ll be recommending them for anyone that needs their septic tank pumped.

If I could rate zero, I would. Not the company themselves, but an 'employee'. Came out to my grandmother's Sat, Feb. 20th to pump her tank. She was quoted $500 for the job. They initially brought a smaller truck and said they would need a bigger truck. Amanda said it would be an extra charge to come back out again with a bigger truck? Amanda was extremely rude and quiet disrespectful to my 88 year old grandmother and hung up in the middle of a conversation. She called back and spoke with Debbie on 2/23 to finish the job where she informed her there would be no extra charge and was very polite. One bad employee will ruin a company and lose customers. I will never recommend them solely on the mistreatment of my grandmother by one employee.
