Wonderful staff even though we didn’t have any work done. My wife’s car broke down on I-20 and it was towed to this location. They worked with us on a date to be able to pick up the vehicle and bring it home since we lived out of town. I can only imagine how awesome their work is since the customer service was unbelievable. :)

Weeks waiting on an appointment, then weeks waiting on minor repairs. These folks obviously have more business than they can handle, as they are the only game in town. Customer service is horrible. Use someone else if you can.

My brand new car was hit twice in a month's time. The first time I was in a store and someone hit my car in the parking lot. The second time a young man hit me in the back while I was waiting to pull out. I was extremely sick about this as I'd been trying to get this car for almost two years. Ryan and the folks at Classic Collision could not have been more kind and professional. It took a few weeks to get the job done because when they took the car apart they found a few additional pieces that needed to be replaced. Getting the parts took some time. Once they got all the parts they quickly and beautifully repaired our car. The paint has small flakes in it and they matched it perfectly. During the process Ryan kept me informed about how the job was coming along. He also communicated directly with my insurance company who approved the estimates presented. I highly recommend this business as I was highly impressed with the way they made our car look as good as new as well as for the way they conduct their business. Very nice people. Thanks Classic Collision for the great job.

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had. Customer service was TERRIBLE. DO NOT take your car here. I was in an accident in December of 2021 and brought my truck here because we had good experience with a classic collision in another location. BIG MISTAKE. In total, my car was here for six months. We were told that they were waiting on a part. However throughout the entire time we never received received a call with an update. The continued to make promises on timeline and then make excuses when they didn't deliver. They also would promise to call with an update and then weeks would go by without a word. Finally I was tired of waiting, so I called and asked if the truck was drivable, and they yes and the part was just cosmetic (would have been nice to know five months before). Then they called the next day and said the part came in so they would have it ready in a couple days. When I walked in to pick up my truck, the FIRST thing the man standing at the front said to me was "you're late" and then he said "you should sell that truck". He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to take it in to see a mechanic because there was "still a good bit wrong with it". I was so shocked at his rude comments were that I didn't even ask him what he meant. He also told me they found something else wrong with it on the test drive and they needed to fix it so they would call me an hour or so to come pick it up. After two hours passed without a word and no one answering the phone, I drove back to figure out what was going on. When I got back, there was no one to be found. I knocked on the door, called around, and walked around the building but couldn't find anyone. About a half hour later someone finally came out and handed me my keys without apologizing for the delay or even mentioning it. When I drove away the steering wheel was still off center and parts were rubbing when I turned, so I'm honestly not sure what they did. I could go on, but hopefully that is enough to convince you not to give these people your money!!!

I have taken my car here a few times, the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I have an issue, i literally drive 80 miles to take my car to them, they are honest, they don’t take advantage and just the best in the business l. They help me fix cars, they have helped me when I wanted to buy cars, they’ve even helped me sell a car. I highly recommend them, to EVERYONE!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

My car was rear ended on 06/13/22 by another driver, classic collision was the only good thing that came from that accident. They were kind and respectful with each interaction. They were honest about the turn around time as they were backed up, and called to give me their honest opinion before totaling the car out! I was hesitant because we just moved here and have used the same shop for years but they gained my trust! I will return for any services needed in the future! (Hopefully not another accident though, lol)

From my personal experience I can tell you that Mrs victoria crypto she is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. I had lost over $3000 on the advice of managers who have little to or no experience. I am so pleased in having chosen to take my car in to Classic Collision Center in Madison. Don't think there is a better place anywhere in the greater surrounding area. From start to finish, the lengthy phone call explaining my broken window, to the friendly Ladies in the front, to meeting the Owner after repairs had taken place.... The car window is fully repaired as if it never happened. My car came out clean and spotless which was a wonderful surprise as that is not how I had taken it in. For honesty, dependability, going the extra mile with service, and work done with excellence, I highly recommend Classic Collision Center!

Very happy with the touch-up work done. Super quick (24 hours) and my car was even detailed and sparkling clean when I picked it up. I had put off touching up the scrapes and dents in my car for years. I wish I had done it sooner! Looks like I just drove it off the lot again. Highly recommend this shop.
