My experience at Butler Chevy was truly exceptional. The staff, particularly Dexter and Jason, were knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout the purchasing process. Service Department is horrible they don’t want to help and the customer service is not good at all . Everytime I come to this locations is a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend to go to this location

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Husband Norman Kendrick. Norman was in your office for a schedule oil change on 8/12 12pm.. He stated how everyone in your office walked best several times with no acknowledgement that he was there. After about 15 minutes he finally got a hello Sir has anyone helped you. My husband stated finally, do you know how many people have walked past me without a hello, good morning or may I HELP YOU???... You never know who might be present in your establishment so it's always great to send Hospitality to ALL your Customers... Norman Kendrick ..

Spoke to George on the telephone , he had exactly what we we looking for ! We made the drive down on Saturday and purchased our new vehicle ! Great salesperson , very knowledgeable and friendly! The service department here is great. Had a whine in my transmission and grind in 5th gear. 1st I took my car to Volume Chevrolet in Forsyth. They quoted me $8300 to replace the transmission and clutch and acted as if they were doing me a favor. Butler worked with GM customer service to repair the issue for $2300. The service writer Brittany continuously contacted me to keep me in the loop with the status of my car. Butler Cheverolet, please do whatever it takes to keep your team in the service department. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank all of you.

I bought a truck about 3 weeks ago to start off I wanna say that the dealer himself did no wrong he helped me in anyway he could but bill smalley the finance guy not so much when I decided I wanted the truck and went with him to sign paper work we went back and forth alittle on gap insurence etc I told him I did not want to add anything bc I was already over the budget I wanted to spend well he added the gap insurence and one other thing for alittle bit more which I agreed to because it wasn’t much more well I sign what I thought was all of the paper work went home a couple days go by and I get the paper about setting everything up in the mail I set it all up to see my payment went up $60 more than what I agreed to along with my interest rate higher than we agreed on
I started looking through the paper work I was given to see I had no final contract that showed my final price interest etc with my signature. Well I went up there he never would show me where I signed on the price that was more only to tell me that I just got confused and didn’t look at it I do not recommend nor do I think I we’ll ever go back while he is there.
