Very happy with customer service at this bank. Banker (Laura) was very helpful and thorough in helping me open both a savings and a checking account! She even showed me ways to bank using the Wells Fargo app!

THE WORST . Paige was great at making a simple transaction so complicated and complex. Manager didn’t make it no better. Been banking with Wells Fargo forever . It’s not my first rodeo and definitely wasn’t the first time coming here ….. never experienced not being able to cash a check before deposit. The same manager always did as requested before with no problems … spent a whole 30 freaking mins in drive thru holing up others because of the incompetence and they try to make me take the money cashed to the ATM or go inside… no ma’am -_-

I've been here twice helping my grandfather sort through his accounts and both times staff have been rude and hostile. Thankfully we've gotten the accounts closed and I never have to do business with Wells Fargo again.

Worst experience. This is the second time coming to this branch. I brought a cashiers check and it took forever and still couldn't deposit in the bank. I had to go out and do it in the atm outside. The older lady always seems to talk doe to me when asking questions about banking and made me feel clueless. I will not be going back to this branch.

That black bald-head lady that work at the desk is NASTY! She had me waiting while she was gossiping with another employee when I had a 4:00 appointment. She came in acting lazy like she didn’t want to be there and then when she did decide that I was important enough to help she starts acting slow like she don’t know how to notarize documents. I told her how to do it but she needed to hear it from the white lady. It’s sad that she is working but not productive. I am now closing my account thanks to her and the Zebulon rd Macon branch! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! I was there before they closed after she told me to be back before five then she says she can’t help me because I need an appointment BUT I had one and still didn’t get help when I came the first time! She’s prejudice against her own race and seemed to be jealous of pretty women but she need to work on her appearance!!! Not my fault I take care of myself.

My mother who happens to be a cancer center patient struggled to even walk to come inside this branch only to be treated poorly , she is a hardworking legit citizen of America who came into this location for assistance regarding a pending check yet was treated less than human the disrespect , discrimination and rude attitude from the worker was not acceptable she was very unprofessional which led to complete chaos over a check the associate claimed was fraud to make matters worse the superviser didnt help matters as he didnt know what to do to help resolve the issue .My mother had to leave without her funds had no money to get her medications very weak then still had to call the 1800 # explain whats going on at the branch to have the issue handled.When you dont know something ask for help instead of making assumptions about customers seek training or find another job meanwhile you all owe my mother an apology and something for this unprofessionalism and hassle .

I have a high volume account with WF and agreements arranged with WF at the corporate level to allow our clients to deposit high dollar amount checks into our account from branches all over the country. Our business model depends Wells FargoOne of our clients attempted to make a deposit at the Zebulon branch and was met with accusations, hostility, and downright rude behavior from the teller on site. The young man refused to give his name and kicked our client out of the store. He was an angry young man with an afro. He's the only one working today so hopefully this is enough to identify him so his conduct can be addressed.I understand that the people working in these smaller branches are not the most educated or competent employees but this conduct is unacceptable. This young man shouldn't be left all alone if he cannot do his job.I tried to speak with him via speakerphone and he just kicked our client out of his store. My client and myself attempted to discuss the urgency of the situation but this angry young man just wanted to exert what little power he had at the moment without regard for Wells Fargo or my clients. This is a bad look for your company and it made us look bad as well. Our business relies heavily on Wells Fargos' ability to quickly process large transactions and this incident is costing us valuable time and money! please feel free to contact me directly. I tried calling the branch numerous times but nobody answers. this young man offered no options to have a supervisor call us or make any attempt to resolve or deescalate.

I wish I could say this is the only WF branch that’s slow but everyone I’ve been to lately takes a very long time. The one on Zebulon is just awful!! Have you ever waited so long in a line that you’re stuck in and it’s so bad you feel like crying? This is the bank you want to avoid.

Do not bank here. Horrible customer service. I used the ATM last Thursday and my card got jammed and it wouldn’t return my card. ATM machine tells me I will now have to wait 5-7 business days for a new card. I go inside and ask for a temporary card but they don’t offer those. After spending an hour trying to find a solution (waiting on the “manager”) they give me 3 checks because I had things I needed to pay for. They assure me the new card will arrive Saturday or Monday at the latest. No card came. Today is Tuesday and I just called Wells Fargo customer service and they let me know that no card was never sent out and they did not put in a request for my new card. So customer service just ordered my new card for me since this branch doesn’t know how to do their job. Will be leaving Wells Fargo ASAP.

My teenage daughter needed to open a checking account for her new job.
We went in at 10:30am on 2/23/21.
They met us at the door and said everyone was tied up .
Got our names and ask if we could return again at 12 noon.
When we did , some young girl met us at the door with a pad.
Gave us a long spill about how things are .
Basically they don’t give a damn.
So we went next door to Robbins Federal Credit Union and opened her an account.
