The woman who does the notary is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. Before I was able to ask about notarizing my documents. She was extremely disrespectful to the customer before me. I will not do any type of business here and advise anyone to go somewhere else!

Very happy with customer service at this bank. Banker (Laura) was very helpful and thorough in helping me open both a savings and a checking account! She even showed me ways to bank using the Wells Fargo app!

Could not help with the simplest of tasks. Had to go visit the other Macon location because they wouldn't take any questions regarding my account
