Amazing store. Well curated, nicely displayed, good looking clothes at a great price. The owners and employees are really good at separating trash from treasure. We were there on bogo, bought a sweater love, $7.5 half price. Hubby looked it up,$170!!!! Really sorry I don't live in Macon, I works be up there every week.

Wear is a great spot to thrift and find some really good stuff! I got 2 pairs of super cute velvet flats with Christmas themed embroidery recently. It’s well organized, making it easy to find good stuff. And all purchases go to a good cause and support Daybreak.

They always have the best stuff on display and it is so good to know that the money goes towards a good cause 💖 The staff here is so friendly and welcoming to everyone who come through the door!!

I had a terrible experience at this store. If I could give this store a zero star rating I would. First off my family and I were not greeted as we entered the store. That was a clear indication that we were not welcomed and we should have left that minute. Then as we were shopping inside the store we overheard them making racist remarks about us. That was the icing on the cake for us to leave. I will never come to the store again. Learn how to run a business and stop racially profiling people who have literally done nothing to receive such awful treatment.

I've been a thrifter over 30yrs. Was looking for a new place to thrift & came across Wear. The staff was very friendly & helpful most of all the prices were great! I came out with a few treasures & can't wait to go back & find more!

Nice selection of items, very over priced.....NOT the friendliest staff in town... for a nonprofit, you'd think they would be more outreaching..New location is ok.. but I'll pass! Rather spend my money at one of Macon other downtown establishments.... A little kindness goes a long way.... remember that business owners....

Catching up on reviews. I was here with a thrifting group on Saturday, 04-09-22. As a reseller, I was happy to find good pieces for my closet and for others; pictured are vintage earrings and a Kasper tweed skirt suit. I loved that they give towards homelessness. Serving on the board of a non-profit organization that serves the homeless community and tends to there mental health care, I support what they're doing. Prices were a little higher than your typical Goodwill.

Wear is an amazing and surprising store! The layout is friendly and inviting, the displays are attractive and well-planned, the inventory and racks are neat and organized. Clothing is grouped by type and size which makes shopping so much easier and more pleasant. Shoes are also grouped by size. Designer items have their own area, as does vintage.There are 2 floors of treasures to discover. They carry ladies, plus, mens, maternity and childrens, as well as shoes, purses, jewelry, scarves, belts and home decor. Since they rely on donations, you never truly know what you may find so going regularly is your best bet for success. Prices are reasonable, for the most part. Some designer and NWT items can be on the pricier side but still MUCH less than they would have been new.They run sales and promotions weekly which is always a plus. They also have a VIP Shopper program which rewards frequent buyers (always nice to have loyalty appreciated!).The items they will have will be thoroughly inspected and will be free from stains, damage and smells. They may be a little wrinkled (steaming each and every item takes a ton of time so understandable), but everything is in MUCH better condition that you will find at Goodwill. Wear is selective as to what they will put for sale and I really appreciate that.The staff is wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their inventory.If you aren't shopping at Wear, you are doing your closet and your wallet a disservice. Run, don't walk, to Wear!

I drove down from Highlands NC on my way to Jacksonville FL and I figured I’d stop in Macon to see Mercer and what the thrift store had to offer. I was disappointed to find very little variety or options available in the men’s section. No college gear, fun polos, or unique items. I was greeted at the door and the employees were very kind. A little disappointing, hoping you guys find some cool clothes there, but I didn’t find much.
