Great experience, no pressure, great all around! Tony was an amazing salesman! We could see that his heart was in selling us the automobile that we really wanted. He has called and checked on us several times just to make sure we were okay with everything. We’ll go back to Walsh for our next purchase!

Cedrick was amazing. Also the Amazing person in the financial department I forgot his name I’m sorry but happy Anniversary too!!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and made the process so amazing for me. This was not my first stop but I’m glad it was my last !!! Everything was just amazing and I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been a customer at Walsh Honda for over eight years. I’ve never had a complaint about their sales and/or service. If you make an appointment for service and arrive on time, you are personally welcomed, signed in with a Service Rep, can relax in the Customer Area, then when your service is done, you are personally approached and filled in completely about what was done and any findings. The location is sparkling clean (as are the restrooms), and my visits at Walsh in Macon have always been pleasant.

Raymond Crooms was our salesman extraordinaire! He made the experience a pleasure instead of a task. He explained every feature of the vehicle and answered all questions with experience and knowledge. First time in my life I really enjoyed spending $50,000. We also want to commend Mr. Matthew Slaughter for his excellent service. He was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and humorous. He performed his duty with the utmost of professionalism. Trey was Amazing! He made the process of finding and buying our new Pilot such an easy process. We loved our experience at Walsh and Trey is top notch! He was very knowledgeable about the available car choices and made understanding the details of the car easy! He even helped me set up my vehicle preferences and taught me how to sync my phone to the car! Highly recommend Trey at Walsh Honda.

We had a truly amazing experience with Walsh Honda. We tested an Odyssey, but it wasn’t the color and trim we wanted. They said they could find one off the production line for us. We understood it may take time and we were prepared for that. Well the stars aligned and we were able to get the Odyssey sooner and it is perfect. Tony M. And Kevin P., they were in contact with us the whole time and through the whole purchase. Tony M. is a very extensively knowledgeable salesman and Kevin P. Is a an exceptional manager. Ahmad in financing is also extremely helpful and details everything. We are very happy with how things “went down”, and with everyone who helped us. This is my fifth new, new car I have ever purchased and this experience is beyond exceptional over the others. A huge thank you to Walsh and all their team.

When a service department does not re-attach a gas tank to a vehicle that was brought in because of a recall notice, and then proceeds to argue with the customer by saying, "How do we know you didn't detach the gas tank on your own?" that dealership receives a 1-star rating. In addition, the service manager, William Sawyer of Walsh Honda, continued to argue about it was our fault that they didn't run through their safety checks prior to giving us back our truck because "well, you guys were in a hurry to get your truck back." Um! The dealership had our truck for two days, and I'm pretty sure that attaching the FUEL TANK is a non-negotiable when it comes to safety service checks! Do better Walsh Honda, and especially Mr. Sawyer. DO BETTER!

Aygun, my service rep, did a great job of reviewing my current regular service items and talking over an issue I was having with the AC. She continued to provide excellent communication as the problem was diagnosed and the repair cost was determined. Her communication was clear and complete; she kept me up to date on the service from start to end.

I went in to the dealership expecting pushy salesmen and having to haggle over numbers. However this dealership showed that Honda is above and beyond the rest. Cedrick May was my salesman and has completely changed my mind about his profession! His knowledge about Honda vehicles impressed me. He sat in a new Honda Pilot for 20 minutes just showing me the features on it and making sure I knew the vehicle before test driving. The professionalism of the employees at this dealership make the the car buying process relaxing and not a stressful experience. Thank you Cedrick May for being the type of salesman that your are and for getting me into my sweet new ride! They will forever have my business!

Walsh Honda employs good people who give outstanding customer service. I have been a customer there for 35 years. Jack and William and the Service Writers always meet and exceed customer service expectations.My cars have always been repaired in a timely manner and the work is top notch. You just can’t expect better service than the Walsh Honda team and that extends to the sales side as well.Really good people make the difference.

Ayegan in the service department is excellent!! She explained clearly what was wrong with my car and even sent photos. She was easy to get in touch with and kept me updated on progress. She made sure I understood what was going on and why, which was very helpful for someone who doesn't know a lot about car mechanics.

I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and car wash. It would have been nice to know what was going on and why it was taking long. A little communication goes a long way. We had to keep asking them and then they didn’t seem too happy when we asked. I’ve been with Honda for 10 years but never had such a bad experience until yesterday.
