This team was amazing! They worked with me to determine the best options for my family and I. Darnell and the Store Manager worked well together to answer any questions I had and to resolve any concerns we had. They provided additional information to assist me with making an informed decision on a car that would work for my family, within a budget that I set for myself. Wash has an excellent service department. My wife got an oil change and after leaving heard a loud noise coming from under the car while driving. Her skid plate was loose and dragging down the road. Walsh’s service manager and a technician drove all the way to Forsyth to fix the skid plate. They were very informative and very helpful of the situation! A couple of weeks later Walsh replaced the skid plate with a new one at no cost! Great service overall! This is a way overdue review. This incident happened about a year ago. I was reminded of it because I was telling someone about how great Walsh was.

Walsh is conveniently located for my trip down from McDonough. I did not have an appointment to have my CRV serviced for the first time. I had to wait a little while, which was expected. I didn't mind, however. DeWayne put me in the system and I waited in the very clean and comfortable waiting area. My only concern was there was a slight smell of smoke, like someone had walked through after having smoked a cigarette outside. Once my car was serviced, DeWayne finished up with me and answered a couple of questions I had as a new CRV owner. I am very pleased with the level of customer service provided by Walsh. I plan to go back!

This is the first Honda we have ever owned and are so pleased! We received a factory recall letter and the service department were able to set us up for a “check” the very next day. The staffers greeted us immediately upon arrival. They made sure to not only put in a paper floor mat, but also plastic steering wheel and headrest covers to keep the vehicle pristine. The service was performed quickly and our car had no problems. A special shout out to DeWayne Owens for his friendly energy!!

Living in the Metro area, I have made Walsh Honda my default dealer for any service that's going to cost me more than a hundred bucks. Before purchasing my used hybrid accord, I took it to Curry Honda in Atlanta to have a presale inspection. They gave it a thumbs up except for the brake fluid. They were not able to schedule me soon after completing purchase of the vehicle. So after researching the good reviews on google, I took my car to Walsh Honda in Macon which is about a hundred miles away. I have been to them for service at least three times, with today having my transmission fluid replaced.
-They are not crazy busy like the local dealers, so I can usually get a reasonably quick appointment.
-Since they are a smaller dealer than we have here in the metro area they are definitely more personable.
-I have a beige tan interior and it never comes back smudged or dirty.
-They are very fast with service. They changed my transmission fluid in about an hour. Much faster than I was expecting, I was in and out.
-Lastly, the prices they charge are much more reasonable than what I have to deal with in the Metro Atlanta area.
-DeWayne is the service representative that I usually deal with.
On the sales side, their Hondas are priced much more reasonable than the ones in the Metro Atlanta area. They have an add-on sticker that is about $600. In metro Atlanta we still have dealers with add-on stickers of $1,500 or more on their new cars. Plus I noticed today that Walsh Honda actually has a good selection of Civics, both the hybrid and non-hybrid versions, which you can hardly find at any of the dealers in Atlanta.
So I would definitely recommend if you were looking for a new Honda Accord or a civic, that you should check out Walsh honda. It is worth the drive.
