Whatever you do don't use the scan n go because if it is malfunctioning you might be humiliated by Walmart staff who will accuse you of stealing at which point the videos will be reviewed and their security will have to determine whether you intentionally used the malfunctioning machine to your benefit (in order to steal)or not. Avoid this place at all cost.not only did this happen to my wife but it happened to three others in front of me.
Quite some time since I left the last review. Things are worse. It's rush. Hour. 5:00 p.m. on a weekday. Over a thousand customers in the store. Over 50 employees milling about on their phones and only two registers open with all self-checkouts closed. This Walmart is a joke

I went to Walmart this morning to have a battery installed. Ms.Sylvia was the first person I talked to. I was telling her I was broke down in distress. I barely made it there & that my battery was completely gone.I had to go to work. She said they weren’t open for anyone to assist me. When I asked her do she know what time they would open cause it was about 7:30 she was nasty & rude.” I don’t know I don’t know what time we’re gonna open.” I just spent almost 200.00 on a battery & you can’t tell me anything. You don’t have no time frame no idea about anything. I am a paying customer. I asked her again only to get the same response with the same nonchalant attitude. She could care less it was written all over her face!!! She didn’t have no compassion for me as a woman or human being & that really hurts. She’s not customer service material & she don’t need to deal with any customers. I was finally able to get my battery put in after quite some time by the young man LJ he was kind & got right on it. Criston (coach) spoke with me after this ordeal happened she was very sympathetic & apologetic for my experience. This was a bad way to start the morning off with a person who attitude is so nasty. I was vexed in spirit. Praying for a brighter day ahead ??? Walmart do better please! It’s not the years a person has worked for a company it’s the quality of their service. A person has worked for a company years treating someone like this that’s even worse !

Sorry azz excuse of a store. Rude lazy illiterate employees. Customer service center is NEVER open. The delivery drivers are completely useless and can't read. They can never get an order right. They delivered my order to the wrong place.

I just spent over $600 for a broken freezer and broken grill. Got it home and after we put the grill together noticed there was no fuel in the propane tank we purchased. I called the store before we went back and was told an exchange is not a problem. When we got to the store there team lead at the front desk lied and said she was the store manager and an exchange is above her pay grade. Then when I went in I waited 20 minutes for a team lead to show up to tell my girlfriend he wasn't talking to her and walked away. When I finally tracked him down again he told me I had to file a complaint with blue rhino for a refund. The gentleman on the phone from corporate told me it was an easy fix and the store should have handled it... I really felt that I was a victim of reverse racism here... Sad... I am in the customer service industry for over 30 years and was treated so poorly due to my skin color. I will never return here again and this store needs new team leaders / coaches and an actual manager at ALL times.
