My wife has taken her car there several times over the past month for warranty work. On one occasion, she had a speaker replaced in the door. A few days later, all the controls on that door stopped working. When she brought the car back, they found that the controls had been unplugged, which they admitted. Despite her having driven 30 minutes for the repair, they offered no compensation, simply apologizing for the inconvenience.
Edit: The staff was both friendly and professional, acknowledging their mistake in person and asking us to contact them to resolve the issue. I would be happy to recommend their services.

Cort is the best. He was very detailed with everything that was done on my car and expressed what needs to be done at the next maintenance. I was even offered a loaner vehicle since I lived over 50 miles away.

Cort and the team at Volvo really go above and beyond. I called with an issue to my car and they were able to get me in and out all in one day. The waiting is clean and well equipped with coffee and waters. They are very professional. I would highly recommend going here.
