Not sales related. Rented an electric vehicle and utilized charging station at this location as the ChargePoint app recommended and mentioned no restrictions. Also no restrictions mentioned at the dealership itself need the charging station yet dealership had vehicle towed. If you are going electric might wanna stay away from this company and/or location.

I took my car here for an oil change, I will say the service advisor Paul was initially very nice, I was in and out quickly, and I was pleased with my service. Until I got home and oil leaked all on my driveway so much it ran into the grass. I called Paul, and he sent a tow truck to get my car immediately and told me he would have my car taken care of first thing in the morning and get it back to me first. Thing. In. The. Morning. So this morning I got a notification from my car app telling me work had begun on my car they had it in the shop maybe 30min and then parked it in a spot at 9:34am I called at 11am and was told they hadn't finished working on my car yet and it would be after lunch, they would let me know when someone was otw to get me at 1:03 Paul called me to let me know that someone was coming and that the reason oil leaked out of my car onto my undercarriage and onto my driveway was because i had a crack in the oring on my drain plug.. I got to the dealer ship, and Paul tried to just quickly hand me my key while he was with another customer and get me out of there, I said no its okay I have some questions I'll wait. So I asked about my engine, and I asked for a copy of the RO for my records, to which he said there is no RO for this so I asked how they documented the incident and he said there was no documentation, I had barely lost a quart of oil there was no reason for that... so I requested it be documented anyway, and I be given a copy (he was not pleased about that, looked at me like I was just a silly girl) I also asked about my driveway as the cat litter didn't remove the stains left behind and he responded, amused telling me that he would have to talk to the service director about that but he doubts they'll clean my driveway after having to pay a $400 tow bill I told him that bill wasn't my problem they shouldn't have messed up my oring (the one that's supposed to be replaced every oil change) still amused he told me he didn't work on my car he didn't mess it up, but he would get back to me about my driveway I also asked if I would get a free service or a car cleaning or anything for my inconvenience of having to send my car back and then being without a car most of the day after being told first. Thing. In. The. Morning. He said no, my compensation was my car is repaired and I didn't have to pay the $400 tow bill, and that he never told me first thing in the morning they had other customers and other things to do before taking care of my car. (My car that sat for about 4 hrs finished) and then told me to go sit in the lobby while he typed up the incident. So, with all that being said, I am very displeased with my experience. I will be going back to Jim Ellis in Marietta, where I purchased my VW to get all of my future services where they take care of their customers, know how to change a basic oring properly, dont call their customers liars, and wouldn't be amused by their screw up staining my nice driveway

Took my car in June 7th. I told them the issues I was having with it, they send they could fix it. Couple days later I hear back about other issues so I'm like okay go ahead if this is what causing it to not run properly well fix it. More days later more problems. They had me up to a cost of 3000 dollars for service. My car has been in the shop for 40 days now. I went in yesterday July, 17th because the last I was speaking to said it was ready. I show up, I pay for my car. But the mechanic fixing it couldn't get it to start. AFTER 40 DAY OF SO CALL WORKING ON MY CAR THEY COULD GET IT RUNNING. I came in with a running car, it cranked and ran but I just had internal issues. Now they can't get it to crank. The mechanic even told me that he had to unplug my mass air flow sensor and then plug it back in for him to start it. To me that doesn't sound fixed, I never had to do that before, I also replace that sensor about 3 months ago. The only reason why I'm in Macon is for a job that ends in a week. I need this car to go back home. I thought it would be ready weeks ago. The service lady at the desk is real sweet, BUT THE MECHANICS HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO WORK OF VOLKSWAGEN. Yesterday when I came in they even had to PUSH my car back into the service shop to work on it more. I would expect better service and smarter mechanics coming from a bona fide VW dealership. Also I paid for the repairs yesterday and didn't even get my car. SO THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY CAR!

Quentin was so great! He helped me get the car I wanted for a great price and a great interest rate. 10/10 recommend

The service department is not able to manage their load leading to multiple unreturned voice-mails, delayed repairs, and a shotty experience all around. I can't wait to be done with them and sell the pos car they supposedly know how to fix. Next step is a lawyer.

I am a 60 year old woman and I went in with my son 22 to buy him a car for college. We saw the price online and when we called they said the car was in their shop being repaired but we could come the next day. We thought this was good as it will be in good shape when we get it. When we went in the next day the price had changed on the car. My son had taken a picture of the price the day before or we would have had to pay more. We bought the car and basically parked it as he college had not started. He drove LESS THAN 500 miles before the engine light came on, there is oil on the driveway, and my son said a lot of antifreeze is coming out. It needs a catalytic converter, coolant hoses and an oil pan gasket among other things. The Volkswagon service department took in the car for repairs three times and each time the check engine light came on before I reached home. They presented me with $6000.00 worth of bills for repairs and told me they replaced the catalytic converter at no charge but couldn't get the light off. In the end the salesman told me the LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD IS OKAY and not to take it anywhere because it was fine. I immediately took it to another dealer who told me both catalytic converters are bad. WHY ARE THEY SELLING CARS NEEDING $6000 WORTH OF REPAIRS. I am now in the hole another $2000.00. I've checked and they only have 1 certified vehicle on the lot as of 10/7/2022 which means all the rest of their cars are as is. BEWARE PLEASE.

Service dept will waste your time and money. Untrustworthy and continuously spoke down to me as a woman. Would never have spoken to a man like he did to me. Very rude. Bigger problem- corporate and the cars burning oil and the company refusing to acknowledge. Widespread problem. Multiple other issues on a brand new car. Review forced me to leave at least one star or I would have given them zero stars.
