I hate Verizon ? from the poor service of having a few bars to the staff at the store who don't have a clue what they are doing ? if you are not making a payment or buying a phone they pass the buck and say well you have to call customer service!! Really what are you here for!! I went away with my problems not being solved do better Verizon

I was immediately greeted. GREAT customer service, kind people, they took care of my problem effectively and quickly! Don’t even go anywhere else. Just go here. This store needs to be the training camp for other Verizon stores!

Went to Verizon today with my boyfriend so he could trade his old phone in and get a new one and walked out with a new phone for me as well. The woman helping us her name was Atarria (doubt I’m spelling that correctly with such a unique name sorry) she was so nice and patient with my boyfriend and all his questions and indecisiveness. She answered all our questions and everything was real smooth from turning our old phones in to switching over to our new phones. The atmosphere was great everyone smiling and connecting with others, really all the employees there today were great to me, they all recognized all the customers that walked in after us and helped everyone as quickly as they could. I want to again say thank you to all the employees that worked today for just doing a great job.

Verizon website and customer rep both said that trade-in devices can be turned in locally to a corporate store, which Riverside location is. However, gal at the store refused to do so and mindlessly tapped her tablet while stating she couldn't. Called back to CS and they confirmed that this location has taken in devices before. I appreciated Verizon business and service, however I can not condone lazy employees who don't abide to the rules set forth from your corporate. What's the point of a corporate store when you're just as unreliable as a Authorized Dealer store? Ridiculous. Encounter on 11/2/2023 at 3pm

Worst Verizon store in town. Slow as can be and the worst customer service. Bought a brand new phone, got it home and it had a small crack in the screen right out of the box. Took it back the next day and was told would have to file an insurance claim and pay the deductible on a brand new phone. Tried to explain it wasn’t an insurance claim, it was a damaged/defective product. The lady was completely useless and basically accused me of breaking the phone.

i have been dealing with sim card issues for months and my sim card died on me and wouldnt work again. so i talk to verizon and they told me to go to a retailer and get a new sim card. i went in and asked for a new sim card to replace mine and the worker said “hold on let me see your phone”. after 15 minutes of my sim card no turning on, him taking it out and putting it back in multiple times, and finally setting up an “eSIM” on my phone without asking me, my service came back on! i was not satisfied because i had asked for a new sim card. sure enough i went back home and i have had “no sim” messages on and off all day. sim card has died again and wont come back on. not satisfied.
