I didn't catch the woman's name who helped me but it was quick and easy she was nice and polite . She had short locks and a jacket . Very nice and helpful to shipping my work equipment back

This store really needs to fire Erica! She clearly does not like her job. She has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered at any store. Erica does not to be on the front line at any retailer. She is definitely a poor representation of this UPS brand. This is my 3rd time having to deal with this horrible human being & her horrible attitude. It’s sad that I have to travel extra miles to Staples just to avoid being serviced by this woman. According to the reviews, I know I’m not the only person who has dealt with her nasty attitude. If Erica doesn’t like her job she need to quit or you guys need to fire her “like yesterday.” Erica should not be working in customer service at all and management really need to get her under control or she’s going to run all of your customers away. No one should have to deal with a person like Erica. She clearly hates her job and she takes her hatred out on the customers. I hope you guys do something about Erica!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY . They over charge . $80 for shipping when another place it’s $5 for the same things . If the company wants more clients and better reviews fire that old monkey looking lady . Attitude and not willing to help Makes your company look bad . Good to see these comments agree on the same thing . After coming here for years glad to say won’t be going here again.
