Have been in this store many times but this morning whoever the young lady was just took a person who came in last. Didn’t even check to see if others were in a hurry. It didn’t take me but a minute but she didn’t bother to ask she just took him first. When I mentioned it to her she said he had been in there earlier so no apology next time I will go to Northside.

They are conveniently located near Lake Wildwood where I stay. And I've never had an issue with this location. Also, the employees are VERY knowledgeable

The young lady who was there this morning was THE RUDEST human being I have ever met! I walked in before 10 am and greeted her warmly and the girl had the audacity to not even say anything back! Way to start a persons day on a bad note! HORRIBLE HUMAN. Not only was she rude and packed customer service skills I was a former UPS store employee back in DC and know that what I asked her to do was not something far fetched! She should be fired for her nasty behavior and energy! She was incompetent and RUDE! She also suffered to me that I go to a different location because the thing I requested she was “out of”.

I stopped by today 3-25-24… Miss Leah made things EZ PEEEZY with her beautiful smile and attention to detail. In and out in less than 5 minutes with an overnight package delivery. The manager was very nice too! I will call this my home store location for UPS from now on!

Had a spot of trouble with a misrouted package shipped from this UPS location on Zebulon. The store employee printed the label and scanned it. I was given a receipt with the tracking number. Recipient claimed we had used the wrong label and the tracking number was incorrect, and did not receive the package.The contents of the package were of significant value. The store employee remembered quite clearly and offered to help in any way he could. He contacted the owner. He also gave me the owners card, and i attempted to do the same on more than one occasion.The owner of this franchise never even returned my call or followed up in any way. I went back to the store and learned that the chance of a call from the owner or any help or explanation from the owner was very unlikely. I found that to be the highest level of disregard for the customer as well as store operations.

Have used this UPS location for several years. Customer service is consistently friendly, fast, and efficient. Can always answer my questions re. various needs. Store is neat and clean. Nothing negative to say :).
