Our driver, Allen, was excellent! He is very professional and skilled at his job. He is truly an asset for UPS. Our order was delivered in a timely fashion. The merchandise was securely packaged and delivered safe. We our happy to continue using UPS Freight for our deliveries. Thank you!

Wayne Barnes their driver is very rude and incredibly unhelpful. I was suppose to have a playset delivered before Christmas, and when tr he teuck arrived, there was only 1 man who told me I had to get the playset off the truck myself. He claimed they had no trucks capable of carrying a lift or the equipment to get it off.
