I just paid $25 dollars to overnight a check. The label was created 3 days ago, and I’m sitting here at 5:30pm the day it’s suppose to be delivered. The delivery time said 1:30-5:30pm. It is now 7:00pm and I am furious!! I’m waiting on a check that I couldn’t cash if I wanted to the banks are closed. My whole day has been waisted for nothing. It’s taking all day to deliver a peice of paper that’s really ridiculous. This will make it another day and that’s not (overnight). I think UPS should refund my $25. It’s been out for delivery since 9:45am. I advised everyone to use another delivery service because UPS is horrible!! I mean horrible!! Glad I didn’t have to pay a bill today. Oh yeah I do let me see if they understand that UPS running 4 days late on an overnight delivery!!

Dirty, rough area, take a gun by all means, equipment had to be rebooted to work, which took ten to fifteen minutes. I'm not going there again.

For everyone that does not know. This location does not accept Amazon scan codes to print returns. If u already have your return printed out your good otherwise take it to a different location.

Had an overweight package that I had unloaded and found out they didn't scan barcodes for amazon returns. Was allowed to leave on site to go to Hartley Bridge rd UPS to have a label printed and return without having to load packed again.

Not sure of her name at the front desk ( had a few tattoos) , I was there to have boxes shipped to my daughter in another state,she gave great customer service, very upbeat and polite . 5/5 customer service, she definitely deserves employee of the month

He drives the big brown truck on my grass, even though I have 2 driveways he can use..I've spoken with the driver the only one that does it, he said " I got you " but still he drives on my grass putting ruts in ground, I've spoken with his supervisor as well ,but he keeps driven on my grass , so I spoke with Mika a supervisor in the Macon Georgia office , a very positive conversation, she assured me that she would take care of the situation thank you Mika

They never delivered my package. I paid for it to be expressed shipped and they placed an “bad weather “ note on it . So now I have to wait until the next business day . I live in Macon ga , almost 10 miles away from the site . There was no bad weather AT ALL THE ENTIRE DAY . I really really needed my package on Friday . The delivery drivers absolutely suck ! Jody is the only one that makes sure we get our packages in the neighborhood.

RACHEL SAVES CHRISTMAS!During the busiest shipping season of the year, Rachel at the Macon distribution center went WAY out of her way to find a "displaced" Christmas package for me. I simply cannot thank her enough for taking the time to help me in such a big way. I hope her supervisor sees this because she deserves a HUGE pat on the back - she's a real asset to your team! Came home from work to find my package with my kids Xmas presents right by the road beside my mailbox for anyone to ride by and take it. Just be a little considerate please.

How you gonna sign a name to a package and say you delivered it to the right address and had a person at the front desk sign the pad and we don’t have a front desk. Laziness. Out $140 cause of you but just read the reviews what do you expect.
