Asia was amazing and kind. She helped with several beauty products that I purchased because of her knowledge of products. She deserves a raise for sure

My experience at the store has been the worst in the last past two years.today just happen to put the icing on top . I’m not sure why is it that when you go into this particular location the older BW always give you a hard time ,or they never help you. if you are a younger bw going into this location, please be advised that the older bw will look at you very strangely before they decide to ask you if you need help, they may even judge what you are wearing and talk about you so heads up! The staff follows you around the store as if you’re going to take something. if I’m coming into the store I’m not coming to steel. I’m coming to buy. I got followed around the store so much that it made me not even want to buy. I put my things back and went to Sephora, where I’m never followed. just put a sign outside that says no blacks allowed to this particular location. I will travel to the Warner Robins location from here on out .

Just stopped by to pick up some lashes today, but they don't have any one at this store site that puts them on for you and they said in the Warner Robins Store they do have someone their that puts on your lashes for you.

If you’re going to have someone follow your customers, make sure they at least ask if they can help. It’s very uncomfortable shopping with someone following you and making it extremely obvious, but not following anyone else around.

All the black employees there are so unfriendly, nasty attitude, and obviously hate working there. No smiles on their smug faces. bad cheap wigs along with bad customer service. Please fired them ALL. Hire better people who actually won’t make you feel like their paying customers is being a bother to them.

This store are a hit & miss. Sometimes I go in and they are stocked. Sometimes you go and there isn't anything in stock. The associates are always nice though. I do like they stay open later than the other stores cause getting off late this helps except with the occasional stocking issue. The displays could've been better. I still shop here because I do get that the theft is horrible at the stores at River Crossing so I know low stock could be due to that.

A few years ago Ulta used to be my favorite store. Now I rarely go, as I don’t buy much makeup anymore. When I do go, I usually have a specific product in mind that I’m looking for, typically something more “high end” that I want to get as a treat to myself. The last 3 times I’ve come here, I’ve needed help with picking out a product. Each time I go to the “fancier” section I linger around for a while, looking at products, waiting to see an employee that I can ask for help. Then when nobody comes, I walk around the store, trying to hunt someone down to help me lol. I am never able to find anyone to help! The employees I do see are usually talking to each other and I would feel awkward/uncomfortable approaching them. Or they walk past me quickly, before I can ask them for help.So each time I finally end up leaving the store without buying anything, because nobody can/will help me. It’s a shame because a few years back, you couldn’t walk into the store without several workers approaching you asking if you need help. I probably won’t go here anymore.I am not the type of person at ALL to complain about workers, it’s rare that I actually feel like I’ve received poor customer service. I generally am very understanding because I’ve worked retail, fast food, etc. and I know how it is. But if customer service is nonexistent when you actually need help, I don’t want to go there anymore because I always leave feeling disappointed.

Ulta Beauty has awesome staff and is very pleasant. Always friendly and helpful. Great products, by the way. Ulta Beauty has everything you want in cosmetics. I love my recent purchase MAC studio fix foundation. It was lower than I usually pay as well. Thank you, Ulta!

Not the place. The shipping. The shampoo bottle top was not tight or sealed and the whole bottle spilled out. On everything I ordered. What the heck why didn’t you wrap it tight and make sure the top was secure.

The people here are not very friendly when my daughter and I go into make a purchase or just look around. Instead we walk up to Dillard’s and buy her Clinique products there.Sometimes they are okay. But most of the time they are not very friendly.UpdateWent to this location again 11/27/23My daughter goes to school in Athens and shops at the Ulta there. We went to this store on Riverside Drive and the people in there are obviously racist towards white people. Then again you can’t expect much of anything from Macon ,Georgia.I don’t recommend
