If you’re looking for a collision center look no further. I had the best experience with CARSTAR the representatives communicating with me through the entire process. I’m not from Macon this repair shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Special thanks to the entire staff Kelly and Sarah I appreciate you. I didn’t get the mechanics names but please share my sentiments with them. The customer service was unmatched. My car looks brand new. Thanks for giving my baby a much needed face lift lol. “I called around 4:30 p.m.on a Saturday" how long will you be there" ?An older gentlemen replies "til 5:30".So i assumed they do close on the weekend? The timing was stressful. ...I get there about 5:40. Couple older guys, one sitting on a tire and 1 guy working on a car. One car in a bay and 1 man working. It was agonizingly slow regardless. No one was in a hurry. , no receptionist.,but the business is legitimate. Plenty of tires around and a mobile truck.”

“Thank you, Kitchens Garage Wrecker Service! After waiting 2+ hours for "free" roadside assistance (who in the end was not able to find a towing service), the local sheriff's office put us in touch with Kitchens Garage. Melody was fantastic, she found a driver who picked us up within 30 minutes and checked in later to make sure we made it to the dealer and then to a local hotel. Gump, our driver, was quick, courteous and a great local tour guide. After dropping the car off at the dealer, he ferried us to a local hotel and gave us suggestions for a late dinner and breakfast the next day. While we hope not to need their services again, if you are in the Macon, Georgia area and need a tow, we highly recommend Kitchens Garage Wrecker Service.
Separately, we also had a great experience with Monroe County 911 and the Bibb County Sherriff's office. Thank you!”
