I called this store the other day to ask for a price on one of their products and the lady said to call back because she was with a customer. I call back today and asked her if she could tell me the price today and she asked me why I didn’t call back yesterday because this time is a busy time. I live 30 plus miles from this store and I just wanted to know a price of their products before I drive that far. She hung up the phone and I called back twice and she didn’t pick up at all. I am a customer too!

Instead of entering the store during covid to check if they had a particular Weller 12 year, I decided to call instead. The person answered the phone and advised they did not have the Weller 12 but did have other Wellers. As I began to ask which ones, the representative stated they do not take phone orders and the bottles are reserved for regular in store customers. They then hung up on me as I tried to explain I was a regular who wanted to be safe during covid. Who said I was not a regular and why would you be upset that I called to ask instead of visiting in the misted of covid. I'll never be a patron again!

I give this store 10 star but google do not have that. Great customer service and find what i want. All in one store. If you going Thunderbird package you feel like you are VIP customer for them. They teat $1 customer or $100 customer same. also the owner of this store is very nice to help you out what drink you want and how is mix and give you best product. East side Macon you can not find better then this store and price. Love you Thunderbird and all employee who work up there. see you all the time. Thanks for serving in our community.

Worst service in MACON, ONE ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL,CHILDISH ACTING OWNER WHO'S EMPLOYEES DON'T ACTUALLY LIKE HIM, AND EVERTHING IN THE place is over priced at least a 1$ or 2 more than any other store in Macon if you can go anywhere else it is strongly suggested. ...... just My opinion...
