I had a very considerate experience with Krystle on two occasions. The first: I arrived to the store believing they closed at 9pm, per the website. They actually closed at 8pm for another week. I actually arrived at 8:03pm as she was letting another customer leave the store. After not having received notification of the arrival of my ship-to-store order, I found it was the last day for pick-up when I checked on it. Rather than turn me away and force me to re-purchase the items from my large order, she let me in and took care of me-WITHOUT an attitude! The second: I had a return from a previous order to make that I told her at the first occasion I would be back to do in the future. Krystle remembered me and her and her associate were equally friendly and helpful. I will continue to make this store my go-to for my boys’ clothes.

Awful experience picking up an order with 3 different employees, not to mention the store is so overcrowded with tons of merchandise and overpriced.

I placed an order Sunday for 2 shirts. It’s now Wednesday I haven’t heard anything about my order. I called the store to make sure they received it, I also called customer service even they couldn’t reach the store!!!!I will never shop with them again! What store doesn’t answer their phone and even worse when customer service can’t get through to help.

I went to the store on 08/02/23 I stood in line for 10 min and when it was my turn the girl at the register just turned around and walked off. After about 5 min when she somewhat came back my direction i asked her if I was in the wrong line and she said im fixing to leave. She didn't say anything to me about being closed or nothing just walked away. I will never go to this store again. Shopes at River Crossing Macon Georgia location

Worst customer service ever! Such a hassle just to cancel an order. They changed delivery dates 3 times. I tried to cancel an order before they shipped and I was told I couldn’t cancel. I never heard or not being able to cancel an order. They make it difficult just so they can keep your money. I will never order from them again!

Went today looking for a birthday outfit for my granddaughter. I think her name was Carla but she was so patient and kind to help me find what I needed and more. I love shopping here because it’s so clean and the employees are so friendly. Would recommend.

I was in children’s place today and I think she said her name was Shana … she was more than helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that what I was looking for was available. She even checked in the back and everything. Thank her for me !!!

I just picked up an online order tonight and the two employees working couldn't find it behind the counter and double checked my name and one of them said to the other "Yeah it says right here Staci.. SOMETHING" I get it my name isn't common and the pronunciation is varied but come on!! It is not worth the 15% off to pick up from this location if they are going to be rude every time.

I used to love the Children’s Place but it’s best to just shop online and have it shipped to your home. The employees are always annoyed and rude. I’ve placed multiple online “pick up” orders that NEVER get completed. I have to drive to the store (32 mins away) and pick the items myself and ask them to cancel the online order. Just TURN OFF your pick up option if employees don’t want to be bothered. I’m definitely reporting to corporate!

very horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an online order, went the next day to pick it up and they cashier , stated no online orders have been fulfilled due to 1. they are too busy 2. the computer doesnt work and she cant even pull an order. But said I can look around the story , (that was so horrible ) and find my order and she can cancel the online and I can purchase on store.. it was the most unpleasant experience ever . NOOO STARS
