Extraordinary customer service! We needed lamb shanks and called ahead for our holiday party. We arrived just a few minutes before closing, and they had everything ready for us. The place is absolutely spotless and beautiful. The best part was the customer service! Everyone was super friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough! The variety of products and customer service will make you so happy.

They have great cuts of quality meat, but sold out of Filets around 10:00 a:m on a Thursday. I understand if it’s the weekend. However, they allowed one person to purchase over 50 filet mignons at once (in the morning). Really upset because I planned on cooking steaks for my wife on our anniversary. Obviously, I can get filet mignons at Fresh Market or Kroger but it’s not the same quality as Butcher Shop. I’m giving a 3-star review for them solely allowing one person to buy that many at once without thinking about their other customers.

The shop has an amazing selection of meats, fish, sausages, bacon, veggies, etc. Shop staff are super friendly and very helpful. Very disabled friendly and the store is completely accessible. Good quality meats and prices are comparable to Publix’s and Blanche’s. I’ll be a regular here for sure.
