The print shop here is incapable of doing anything in a timely manner. I went in to get 10 page sized signs laminated. The person behind the counter said it would take “hours” for this to get done. This is a Saturday with 6 cars in the lot. She told the customer in front of me she wouldn’t ship her package. Maybe this staples will close down and this person behind the counter can do the same standing around thing at a wal-mart.

I would like to give a big high five to Tony… the sales manager. My first experience with Tony goes back many years ago when he worked in the Geek Squad department of Best Buy. He went beyond the call of duty to fix my computer- I found him to be very personable and learned about his extensive background with computers. In short… he a great guy to know. I returned an Amazon order yesterday and received a 15% off coupon at the end of the return. Wow! I used it immediately! The young lady who checked me out at the register was precious and had a beautiful smile. I was at the store on 2-15-24 during late morning to mid-day.

Staples on Presidential Pkwy has the worst service at their help desk. I wanted to order a check endorser stamp and the clerk would not type in the three lines to order the replacement endorser. Poor service, lazy or need more training! 2/8/2024 at 2:20 pm

The warm welcome at the front desk makes all the difference. I was greeted with a gentle smile and ask if I found everything that I needed. That goes along way. Definitely will recommend my family, friends and colleagues.

I went to drop off a package at this store on today customer service sucked. Ms. Jeraldine was very rude to me, because she was upset with another customer before me. She has very poor customer service. She’s impatient & short tempered. When I told her not to take it out on me she still had the same nasty approach. She could’ve apologized, and I would’ve been okay with that, because we all have good & bad days in customer service, but you still have to conduct yourself in a respectful manner. Decent & in order. I stood there for a while & she never apologized I guess she’s okay with her actions. Repulsive !

The large woman doing amazon returns needs to be reprimanded. She always has a stank attitude and she messed up my Amazon return!!!! She ended up producing a receipt after her system "got messed up" but it's been 2 weeks and the status is still saying I didn't return the item to the store WHEN I KNOW I DID. Im currently fighting w/ Amazon to get my money back bcus the only thing they do is what the computer tells them to do and the computer says i didn't return the item and it is the clerks fault. It took 20 whole minutes and she claimedher system kept messing up, this has never happened to me before. I will just start going back to the UPS store in Shoppers Value bcus Ive NEVER had any kind of problems when i go there

The most unhelpful store I've ever been to. The woman that works in printing NEVER has a smile. The managers are super helpful if you're buying a warranty on something but ask for help printing and they are clueless. Just visited today and I absolutely hate the level of customer service here.
